07/5/2021 09:46 | Betaville article. Amigo, Amigo ... - Part 2 Thursday, 6 May 2021, 6:58 pm The stakebuilding shenanigans at Amigo Loans continues. Today, Bybrook Capital - which describes itself as an 'absolute value credit fund manager' - announced it has increased its stake in the controversial subprime lender to 9.1pc while last week JP Morgan said it controls 8.3pc. Some market scallywags reckon JP Morgan is fronting a stakebuilding for another outfit, possibly even Bybrook. The shares, though, have really taken off since Betaville's first instalment, closing at around 25p this afternoon. Still, that's nowhere near the 275p float price of 2018! | the donald | |
