Surely the 95% vote for the scheme will play heavily in any court decision. That is huge. Why would a court go against the will of 95% of it's stakeholders?

Quote from JB:

"Amigo’s situation was caused by a handful of fraudulent customers trying their luck, and a corrupt board that was themselves attempting to cash in short term."

Wasn't he one of the so called corrupt board!?!?

HS that yahoo article is very contradictory. It builds them up and even goes as far as saying it looks likely that the scheme of arrangement will be implemented then ends by saying they don't think the share price will rise further. It does make you wonder how long they have actually researched the current situation before writing the article.

Dear all, Oh god, benamour has started tweeting like crazy again....please don't let him be the underlying owner of the 19% . It his baby, he has hundreds of millions, would not surprise me at all to see him as a major shareholder again. On plus side, every major shareholder means far less free float for PIshttps://mobile.twitter.com/jamesbenamor?lang=en

Think a slower day tomorrow, maybe only 5-8% rise as people take stock of things, waiting for any news. Before it goes nuts , one way or the other ,GLA.
