Re JPM. People have got very confused here, it's a standard hedge fund position, just like Byford. There is no way JPM would accumulate a gradual holding in such a piecemeal way they were planning corporate activity. They'd just make a straight offer to the board at a fixed price. Basically what is going on is until the SOA gets agreed all the shares are driving towards PIs, and two hedge funds. AMGO is un-investable by classic equity institutional investors until the SOA is sorted. I'm a holder here, and my view is that this is still a binary position, albeit one that appears to be tilting towards the positive. But there are no guarantees

Brocks, just seen your post from earlier, totally agree on a good BB you should be able to raise fact that admin is possible depending on vote / court it's not like Amigo haven't said it themselves. Awesome re your 'free' ride good on you, I did sell some last friday at 23+p but feel me n Sam, GT, Bear will probably be the last guys at the bar! :-) + try to get Spirito to go long long on his Sipp. You're dead right defo more value to be had post vote (if +) and court (if +) - GLA

Ps he is claiming 15 million shares, so the more there are PIs with multi million holdings, it all takes from the free float, meaning we could see a quicker squeeze than expected, unless we go bust (for balance)!!!GLA gamblers
