Well and truly brought back down to earth this morning. After being £2.6k up in my spreadbet account with a £1.6k running profit I'm now £100 down with all Amigo positions closed. Back to reality. I guess I should be grateful I've not lost anything major and I'll reassess from here. GLA.

Baked Bean, do me a favour. Bet you've just turned up. All of us that have been kicked in the nuts have sliced up to now. If you didn't, that's on you.Put on your big boy pants and take some accountability for your actions.

1. "on the basis that the Court cannot be satisfied that the Scheme in its current form is fair."

2. "the terms of the Scheme arrangements do not arise out of negotiations with Scheme creditors or any body representative of their interests."

From the two statements above the FCA has two concerns. Firstly the only presentation the court has received is from Amigo not the creditors. Secondly Amigo has essentially put it to the creditors that "you support the scheme or lose everything". So what choice do you think the creditors will make?.

The FCA's concerns is for ordinary consumers who have lost out on this scheme not major creditors who are also shareholders and part of the finance industry. There is a danger the court can side with the FCA and stay the scheme until more information is provided or the FCA is happy with the compensation scheme.

Be careful if you are bottom fishing.

Let's be honest, the fact the FCA will now oppose the scheme is not good news. Looks like more money will have to be found from somewhere. Possible rights issue coming up.

I feel more confident than ever. The FCA stuff is just a side show. This hiccup is nothing for the hardened 6p crew. None of us could have expected 25p at this stage. Perspective is a bit skewed here right now.
