13/8/2019 10:22 | Lame effort to try to discredit myself - new posters need to be updated as to your bonafides so I will keep on. As other frequent posters have stated you are clearly a troll or have some mental hang-up versus Amerisur and need medical help. You just troll the share and don't add any insight - other than news links which have no bearing with the goal of in my view scaring investors to sell!!! | ![]() ashkv
13/8/2019 09:47 | Charlie on that basis do you think Repsol and Ecopetrol would have virtually given away Plat if they were aware of all the information Amerisur had when JW stated to shareholders privately he had the key to unlock the oil at Plat? Instead there were problem upon problem at Alea to start with, massive water cut problems, etc., etc., all magically resolved after Repsol/Ecopetrol virtually gave it away. After a short period of 100% ownership drill after drill produced oil. | ![]() foiledagain
13/8/2019 09:42 | Charlie that's very naive to believe that Amerisur have full access to ONGC data. Whether JW and the team have access a couple of days a week in ONGC offices is neither here nor there, there is bound to be some things that are off limits to Amerisur. Even AIM disclosure rules allow for certain information to be withheld from shareholders let alone ONGC who are operators and majority owners of CPO-5 and whose real interest is them! Amerisur would have access to all documents filed with the ANH, but that's a far cry from suggesting Amerisur have access to the CPO-5 data. | ![]() foiledagain
13/8/2019 09:20 | AMER have full access to the CPO-5 data and are part of the decision making process based on that data. JW and the team spend a couple of days a week in the ONGC offices: that was from the horse's mouth at the 2018 AGM (and on the relevant video). Whether or not ONGC will allow access for others to that data is another matter, but I would have thought that it was a standard part of any agreement. | ![]() charlieeee
13/8/2019 09:01 | Disagree. ONGC are the ONLY ones who have full knowledge of CPO-5, both as majority lease owners and operators. Only they know their strategy, full details on previous 'failed' drills so strategically they are best placed to bid for Amerisur and would be happy for the deal with occy to continue. No other player has the information that ONGC has on CPO5. So even a data room can only contain information from Amerisur or information that ONGC has chosen to divulge to Amerisur. There may be weight in the idea that ONGC may have helped initiate a low ball bid by Indonesian backed bidder. Out of all potential bidders they hold most cards on CPO5 its just whether other potential bidders see even more potential in other blocks and GTE may have a strategic need and Occy too. | ![]() foiledagain
13/8/2019 08:35 | Rosy - what you think is irrelevant. Stifel the banker for Amerisur's strategic review has put a minimum risked value at 37p - and total unrisked is 160p+ per expert opinion. Their are multiple bidders and no urgency to sell. What Rosy thinks is irrelevant..... Rosanan: It is possible, but only, IMO, if this process is not the end game and AMER eventually rumbles on into the sunlit uplands of a sustained oil price recovery and further success with the drillbit. If this process is the end game (and, sadly, I think it is) then even an upside surprise from Indico-2 in the course of the process would, IMO, be good for thirty something at best. | ![]() ashkv
13/8/2019 08:34 | As if we needed additional confirmation that Rosanan is a paid troll or is affiliated with M&P in some manner :) :) | ![]() ashkv
