Once again 'great job' to those buyers not tempted to buy in today even with the pressure of a directors purchase rns.
Closed up one tick but overall volume disappointing and the lowest for the last 6 sessions. Aside from the possible 'ice berg' to clear the potential hit on production mentioned in the last ops rns may also act as a bit of an anchor at the mo.

FSA. Funny enough I think it was insider trading previously which is why some holders contacted Amerisur to publish the holdings of Mr Harbour after it was known by some he was selling shares.

Many on this bb refuted he was selling, even after the first company registrar announcement accusing me and others of indulging in conspiracy theories, whereas its now a fact after the 2nd registrar confirmation of a reduction in holding.

Don't believe it can be considered insider trading now though, not after its been established TWICE via the company registrar that RH has been offloading and published, and where at any time the BoD could have ascertained exactly what Mr Harbour's holding in Amerisur was and still can.

The remainder whilst large by some investor standards is well within an institution, a predator or Amerisur buy back, and that is assuming he is selling ALL of his holding and we don't know that, but we do know at the last registrar RNS he was down to less than 6% which assuming a few more have gone brings it into the £12m range and there was a .5% short to close, so who knows what the holding is now...well who knows, the BoD of Amerisur know or should know!

Don't think RH was distressed seller irrespective of the Gold tailing company, as he invested a large wad in Pantheon on the way.

A bit of repetition in suggesting the Amerisur cheap share train is leaving the station.

Directors buy is significant, nigh on £100k is a lot of money in anyone's book.Confidence from someone who is far more in the know than we are.

It's been quite useful as an indicator of the strength of the sell side. Ordinarily you'd expect a decent price surge and pick up in volume.

So far it's been a bit of a damp squib.

At least other Board members are buying shares with their own money. Shame the chairman isn’t doing the same. Maybe he cannot afford it? Agree, it would seem that we are a few weeks away from there being any interesting announcements.
