Mng't worth their pay could sell this in parts for a lot more.
IMO a higher bid is likely, so I'll wait with c.19p nailed on = 0p to lose.

Nope - You answer my question..... why would GPRK want to walk away? They've spent some time looking at AMER & have called on a line of finance.....hard to see them changing their mind....

Precisely, we've trusted them and they've let us down. If we all vote no then the bid fails and any decent board member should fall on their sword. Which means we'll have to kick GC out and appoint a board with some real ambition for the company and not just themselves. I think otherwise Amer will pay the price for Irons failing Q

GG -- something wrong here with this seriously undervalued deal. I'm trying to look at every possible eventuality. I, along with many old hands here no longer
trust our BOD and being a devious old git myself I can see and feel a possible eventuality / greedy trick that Clarke could and would pull off. All imo + a guess.

Let’s see what OXY think about it over the weekend. Will they want to partner up with Geopark ? I’m not so sure.
