wow what a shower of poop feels like I've had my house ransacked 19.21p, how the hell did they get to that figure very disappointed, I did sell 100k but left 250 k in 6 point gain suppose its a profit but not what I thought.

Well peeps I've offloaded. +17% on my holding after many years and that was only because of a big average down after the initial offer was announced.I could have held out and pocketed some more from on the event the offer goes through bit to be honest I'm happy to have escaped.In my opinion the biggest risk here is that this offer does not go through, in which case the share price will head back down and the company will be left in the hands of the current incompetents.Good luck to everyone left here. I hope things take a turn for the better.OF

"GeoPark and ONGC, the national oil company of India and the operator of the CPO-5 block, have a longterm strategic alliance to acquire a portfolio of projects across Latin America. ONGC brings significant operating knowledge and expertise to the CPO-5 project. "

Amerisur owns 100% of the OBA export pipeline which runs for approximately 17 km from the Platanillo
block in the Putumayo basin in Colombia and crosses into Ecuador, where it joins the Ecuadorean
pipeline system connecting to the port of Esmeraldas on the Pacific coast. It was constructed for a total
cost of approximately $20 million and became operational in late 2016 and opens up a new alternative
and more secure commercialization route for the Putumayo basin crude. The transport cost is
approximately $4 per barrel according to Amerisur. The OBA pipeline has a total potential capacity of
50–70,000 bopd (currently utilized at less than 10%) and has started to transport third-party crude in
2019, creating a new source of revenue for Amerisur.

I was happy to see the long awaited RNS had finally landed, scrolled down the RNS to see what cracking deal the BoD had managed to achieve with all their so called experience and contacts and saw...

From the appendix. Michinoko are tied in to the deal but Canaccord are not. The irrevocable undertaking given by Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management shall also lapse if a third party announces a firm intention to make a competing offer for Amerisur on terms which represent an improvement of not less than 10 per cent. of the value of the consideration offered pursuant to the Transaction which is not at least matched by GeoPark. The irrevocable undertaking given by Michinoko Limited remains binding in the event a competing offer is made for Amerisu

Very disappointing. I knew the offer price would be in the range of 18p to 24p but I had hoped we could at least get 20p. This will be my last investment in a South American play. I managed to exit PPC at over 9p but even so that was at a big loss. Just UKCS and North Atlantic oilers now for my portfolio.

The silver linning here is the £2.4M compensation payeable to GEO should a hostile bid come! Is the 2.4 a sweetner just to get the ball rolling? Thats the only thing I can think of that is positive in this mornings RNS.

I wont be accepting the 19.2p and willwait to see what transpires.
