Shameful that the directors have accepted that offer. And even agreeing to fork out £2.4 million to Geopark if someone else trumps it, it's a stitch up! I won't be voting in favour of the deal.

why do ypu think it took so long - it is hard to coordinate a matrix where each interested party got something cheap after the dust settle - and be sure for all to remain silent and be sure to get its piece of the action

they will get so much cash for free etc, OBA - day robbery springs to mind lol

Unbelievable result of bid process. Can't believe they advised shareholders to hold on only to receive that derisory offer. Totally laughable, I am out with a very very small profit. If multiple parties have had a good look at the books and only one of them them has decided to make an offer and that offer is 19.2p the company must be a shambles.
