22/7/2019 15:09 | maybe not BP. but Tony Hayward could be in the Q according to Eve Std. | ![]() xxnjr
22/7/2019 15:07 | Why would the market assume a much higher bid incoming? The existing offer was pretty much covered on Friday with a bit more today on rebuttal. However, the big spenders will await some real numbers from the official or their unofficial sources on any new bid before getting carried away. They don’t have the emotional involvement of we little flowers... | ![]() davwal

22/7/2019 14:53 | The area we operate on is in super high demand and we're sitting bang on top of all of it... come on BP or Shell. We're waiting ..... | ![]() fatgreek
22/7/2019 14:49 | The 'offer' was only 12p in cash plus 5p in shares so the fact that the market is offering you nearly 18p in cash tells you where it's heading imv | meneither2
22/7/2019 14:42 | AMER for sure want to up the share price - interesting to see what wheezes they come up with - I think there will be some. But not published bids just yet. | ![]() fadilz
22/7/2019 14:41 | Surely we are now in a formal process. What makes anyone think we will see new bids in the open until formal process is complete? | ![]() fadilz
22/7/2019 14:37 | M&P not really moving either. 22/07/2019 - 15:11 CET Since Open +0.04 (+1.39%) Since Previous Close +0.08 (+2.82%) | ![]() xxnjr
22/7/2019 14:34 | Let's not forget there were competing, and higher offers at the time, for the 4 blocks OXY farmed into. Amerisur went with a lower offer from OXY as they brought more to the table in technical capabilities etc. You can imagine the parties who lost out last time round will be joining the queue. | ![]() xxnjr
22/7/2019 14:33 | I am just surprised that given the bid at 17 that should set a floor under the price that the market makers have just let this sit at this level when obviously there will be other interested parties as intimated by the company. The immediate rejection of the M&P bid suggests that the company believes that we are worth more and will see some higher bids in due course. Nothing at all in the price here for any counter bids. | ![]() fozzie
22/7/2019 14:25 | Yes I agree. Multiple parties interested and a derisory offer of 17p rejected. Its a matter of time before we move higher. Seems crazy as a new offer RNS could come at any time. I wasnt expecting an immediate rejection of the M&P offer straight away, but in my view, the actions that the board have taken indicate that they are keen to attract as much interest as possible and get the price as high as possible. It was a very bullish statement released today within the RNS and I think they are fully aware that they are going to get a decent offer, hence the confidence of the RNS. | ![]() pauliewonder
22/7/2019 14:21 | volume not especially high compared to this time last Friday. | ![]() xxnjr
22/7/2019 14:20 | I am very surprised we seem anchored at 17.5 - 18.00 given the speculation, surely we are worth more than this derisory offer. | ![]() fozzie
22/7/2019 14:17 | Yeh but imminent translated in to Amer terminology can mean anything up to three months lol | ![]() juuunx2
22/7/2019 14:13 | cudmore, by imminent I presume you mean before 4:30pm today? ...and would this be your 24p offer rumoured earlier? | ![]() sportbilly1976

22/7/2019 14:00 | Think we could be breaking out past 18p here. US to open soon as well. Wonder if we see some | ![]() pauliewonder
22/7/2019 13:56 | Absolutely no question 20p will be broken in the next couple of sessions. 22-25p until further clarity. ...and if anyone thinks ONGC have downed-tools in CPO5 in sympathy with proceedings, think again. | paradores

22/7/2019 12:51 | acedemic now, but the reason they were able to drill on "..... On May 21, 2015, an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Agency Contract (the “EPC Contract”) was finalized between Petrodorado and the CPO‐5 operating partner. Under the terms of this EPC Contract, the operating partner appointed Petrodorado as technical advisor and granted the Company a mandate to act on behalf and on account of the operating partner to drill, test, complete and conduct field operations of the first of the two Loto appraisal wells previously mentioned. Upon successful construction and operation of this first appraisal well, the EPC Contract provisions allow for this mandate to be extended for subsequent exploration wells in the CPO‐5 Block." | ![]() xxnjr |
