Both Mariposa and Indico were reported after drilling at the 40 days (approx.) and again after 60 days (from spud), with the flow testing.

They do need to make the ongoing reporting regime clear: it is not helpful to give out timescales of 30 days drilling and 10 days testing, if they are also going to complete and do the flow testing as well,taking the time scale closer to 60 days overall.

Ongoing, it looks as if they are dispensing with the interim update: one conclusive final report and given how many well are now proposed, that could still be a raft of RNSs!

This is directional and 1300 ft deeper than Indico and 400ft. deeper than Mariposa.

If it’s a dry well they’re certainly taking their time to establish the fact.
The lower sands are either there (intact and capped) or not.
If present, the likelihood of them being bone dry with 300ft+ pressure cooker column of oil next door would be nothing short of a geological miracle!

ML - routine maintenance currently underway in Plat as RNS’d several weeks back. Could Put-8 prospects be drilled directionally from existing Plat pads?

Within a few weeks I expect we will see a farm in by Oxy into Put8.All part of the grand strategy around our assets in the south of the country. This will become incredibly exciting around 2020/2021.In the short term I'm more interested in the potentially company changing news from CPO-5.

what civil works are being done atm?
where the seismic is shot and what is the progress

what is their in house capacity to do all the work done at a suitable quality level? I expect to get "hire" ads or the pace will not be as expected

Suspect one is Amerisur one is GTE, which makes GTE prime to take a percentage off Amer at a premium as the cards are all in Amerisur's hands, then pay to use OBA.

GTE must act quickly as the spectre of Occi coming in instead of them won't appeal to them.

On 20 feb, GTE RNS stated:

“Gran Tierra believes PUT-8 contains at least two exciting drill-ready exploration prospects, which could potentially be drilled in 2019 using existing pads.”

I repeat: “at least two exciting drill-ready prospects”
