29/9/2016 12:00 | Malcy looks likely to be next in line to be disillusioned by what the BoD feeds everyone. (Except, of course, their own Remuneration Committee) | tonyrelaxes
29/9/2016 11:59 | Tend to agree with you Ladeside, but then I don't pretend to be able to predict the market. My take is simple, Amerisur is cheap and will, at some point, re-rate. What triggers that re-rating could be an unknown, could be a known or could be someone buying a few million shares and giving us some momentum. (Value) The other way of looking at it is that the pipeline isn't the end game, revenue from the pipeline is. So we may not get a 40% move, but shipping first oil through the pipeline de-risks the operation that bit more and should therefore get us a boost. (Efficient Market Theory) Anyone in Amerisur who subscribes to EMT must be pulling their hair out :-D | al101uk
29/9/2016 11:12 | Yes Val, very testing! Malcy will end up with a full omelette on his chops at this rate. As of last night he was still convinced of news this week. | bigwavedave
29/9/2016 11:00 | Not wishing to put a dampener on things, however I still believe that we will not get the huge lift, following the pipeline announcement, that many believe. This market very rarely hands out "freebies" for known knowns which are 99% certain. Don't get me wrong, the FARC situation and the proposed OPEC cut are both hugely welcome but again I just feel that those holding out for a 30% to 40% rise on the Oleducto may be rather disappointed. | ladeside
29/9/2016 10:54 | Yes and at that point that's when a pipe dream becomes a pipeline. | dayway123
29/9/2016 10:20 | 25p 'Testing,Testing'! After the Farcxit mate! | valentine
29/9/2016 09:45 | So, another day in Punxsutawney... | bigwavedave
29/9/2016 07:17 | These were 30p without the game changer news on OBA.. These are a bargain as news on OBA any day now. | seball
29/9/2016 01:17 | Unlikely to get to 40p in 2016, OPEC news is good and Russia should follow up with a prod cut too (IMHO). Amer OBA news ( between now and 6oct) will get us into early 30p range until production deals done and we move from 7.2 to 10kbopd. Amer then need deals to fill the pipeline in 2017 (50 to 70kbopd possible in total), but maybe in slow stages( $6 per barrel revenue to Amer likely). Shorters watch out!! | oilandgas1
29/9/2016 00:46 | Could really happen to manner to get the pipeline starting as OPEC made a deal We history here say no but we can dream well at least until tomorrow am Good luck | jovi1
28/9/2016 19:49 | This is now my largest holding. This is going to rise very quickly over next few weeks. 40p first stop. | seball
