Whilst it could be worrying with Silvas departure, we don't know the reason behind it. Maybe his wife is ill. At the end of the day we are waiting for 6 eggs to hatch. His comments also do not sound very acrimonious "It has been a privilege to lead Allied Minds since its creation in 2006. During this period it has grown to become a global leader in IP commercialisation, focusing on technologies with the potential to disrupt large and growing markets. I am proud of the Company's accomplishments and grateful for the support of our shareholders and the talented people who work here. I believe now is the right time in the Company's development for new leadership. In the near term I look forward to spending more time with my family. Long term I will continue to be an Allied Minds shareholder."

Alphaville this morning So, Allied Minds PM Chris Silva suddenly departed from the CEO seat 11:32 am PM Non-exec stepped in as "interim" PM No one knows what's happened here PM No one outside the board and Neil Woodford 11:33 am Allied Minds PLC (ALM:LSE): Last: 391.70, down 1.7 (-0.43%), High: 394.50, Low: 380.50, Volume: 47.91k PM Now, you might have expected to the price to fall sharply on this news PM Ive mentioned in the past that one of the big attractions of Allied Minds was it's military access in the US Otter Now Nicola Stegor speaks 11:34 am PM That larger came through Silva, who is ex special forces PM Why he's gone -- I don't know PM But it certainly looks forced 11:34 am PM If you are looking for a 'wink' here -- I'm not going to give it PM Old rule: if you are worried about a stock you should sell it and stop worrying. You can call me Al capitalism alive and well in Chisinau last week: scores of people selling second hand stuff - toys, biros, clothing (Anything)in the street. Shocking to see on margin of EU. PM However, since neither the company or its advisers have been able to offer any clarity this morning... 11:35 am PM We should give them something else to talk about PM Such as the on/off merger talks that Allied Minds has been having with IP Group for circa 12 months PM I am not saying Buy 11:36 am PM Ive no idea whether those talks will come to anything PM As i say, they've been under way for a very long time, according to usually spot on sources PM Why's SIlva gone? Dunno. 11:37 am PM Is this bad news? Potentially, yes very bad news -- since Silva is the guy who put the company on the end of the US defence R&D pipeline. PM So make your own mind up on this one HTTPS://ftalphaville.ft.com/marketslive/2017-03-13/

This has to be the BIGGEST RED FLAG YET Look at the smoking gun who the hell is Jill Smith? Funny sounding name like John Doe - could be a CIA implant. Billion pound unicorn CEO's are a dime a dozen in US. Also since ALM is alphaviles pet investment project, are they going to chip in for PM's mate Chris Silvas leaving do today?

LOL couldn't be shouting SELL SELL SELL any louder. Join the dots and colour in the grey areas A 'neutral' from the International joint broker & lead bookrunner for the latest mega fundraising (without which ALM would have gone bust) ? Neutral is newspeak for bargepole stock. Also Whitman Howard (B grade broker) put out a note on Jan 17 that looks to have been bottom drawered too. Nonuis still don't give a f... Permanently 'under review.' And Since Alphavile (perma ALM bull) are now banging the drum about how valuable all this loaded 'research' is supposed to be to all the sheep then they would be negligent not to cut & paste the relevant juicy bits from CS. How about a critical appraisal of this research for a change.

Credit Suisse cannot take the time or the risk of evaluating this properly. They are covering their back by writing something, but much of their research is not worth the paper it is written on....how would they make money by recommending a buy on this? The price would shoot up on their "Buy" recc and they would not be able to fill orders..... When it does go up, they can point at the note and say, we covered it, but you did not read it, etc, etc....
