But the headline in the article is about Qualcomm Inc (NASDAQ:QCOM), which added 6.30% An other 80 billion pound silverback.

Unrelated to ALM at a glance? NO.

Qualcomm achieved this:
Over-the-air technology demonstration of LAA (Licensed Assisted Access) that utilizes both licensed and unlicensed spectrum means that SK Telecom can now choose from two available technologies to combine unlicensed spectrum with existing LTE spectrum.

Does that sound familiar? YES.
Yep exactly what Fedurated Wirenoose (FW) is supposed to be up to. Thing is that Qualcomm & SK are already doing it, doing it, doing it.

Having watched these for about a year (when it was valued well in excess of £1bn), I've taken a small position on the back of the GE news. I note that there has/is a short attack by some hedgies that seems to be responsible for some of the recent falls.
