I now assume, the rise over the last two days, was some of the remaining shorters closing their positions, on wind of suspension (otherwise they would not realise their profits for a longtime i.e. until the administrators had had some time to raised any money from the ashes, & thus determine what a share is worth).

Well, at least, being in AZM, I had the benefit of getting to know QAZ, and discovering how dishonest the human race can become. One of life's 'rich' experiences! LOL!

capricious - yes, there will be some support and they couldnt do it. There will probably be a charge for failing to meet that, which unfortunately will mean even less for holders.

It will be interesting to see if Takeda or anyone else pay up for ceti. Terms may not be announced, but if shareholders get only 1p back, you can guarantee that Takeda paid very little!?

Fortunately perhaps, I'd hope that most AZM already realised there wasnt much hope. I certainly tried to encourage that acceptance.

Unfortunately the administrators get a hefty fee as well, and if any money is raised, we (the pi's) will be the last in line.

Not sure what the breach of contract entails mentioned in the RNS... must be that AZM can't supply the support (staff) or some shared funding agreement.

The question is how much do you think the admin guys can squeeze out for each share

No, PB - one thing I'm totally sure of is that QAZ is not TD! TD is only TD, as far as I am concerned. QAZ is instantly recognisable, most recently by agreeing with all the opinions of his various guises, but always in the same inimitable prose style.

.... and administration

I guess Prometheus and other partners will pick up any rights (if they want them) for pittance.
Possible that Takeda may want ceti, but I'm sure they'll be aware that nobody else wants to pay the PIII development costs and probably nobody else will.

ATL104 could have some potential, but I guess they would have got a deal if so.

Unfortunately I cant see much, if any, return for shareholders sadly.
Bad luck guys.
At least the demise was slow and hopefully let many out along the way.

And to repeat, this was not Tim's fault.
renza - things changed over the years re competitors and regulators
Colal - they really were unlucky and he got deals for that
ceti - it just doesnt do much and the market has changed

Tim at least bought you a bit of time with what turned out to be a remarkable placing.

Well, QAZ (in all your many guises). Doubtless you sold an enormous number of shares at an enormous profit just before suspension/administration!

What a sad finish for this company.

I should've read the company memorandum more closely, it clearly states that this was a Tim McCarthy charity for early retirement.

Ouch!
You get the impression that a few punters had heard an announcement was due but had no idea of it`s contents.
