01/7/2009 09:47 | Please could people going to the AGM this month make audio and/or audio/visual recordings and place them on YouTube so others not attending can see the proceedings. | chronicler
01/7/2009 09:47 | Under the circumstances I find it amazing that Alizymes seemingly overpaid Chief Executive Tim McCarthy did not use the Trading Update on 29th June to announce a further voluntary cut in his remuneration to below £50k pa. That alone could have saved approximately £290k pa (enough to pay the office rental costs for 21 months). Or does he seriously think he should still be getting around £340k pa - the best part of £30k per month? | chronicler

30/6/2009 23:07 | Seems like this thread should be re started now whoever started it had a great deal of foresight I must admit, April 2008. How much would ceti be worth if it was sold right now? Also for cp? So much for the next "shire pharma". | silverbackalpha
30/6/2009 21:13 | A very pertinent article gilbertd. Sadly, I suspect that AZM will find itself in private hands before long. I bought into AZM some years back at 27p when things were on the up. Never thoght that it would have turned out this way, just glad that I sold when I did - hindsight is a wonderful thing. | mike111d
30/6/2009 12:55 | Pram - have very rarely been in! Made a few bob after the Acomplia withdrawal years ago.... caught the odd bottom.... expected AZM to try to hide the renza failure rather than dump it immediately, so got that wrong... similarly, called the Colal results wrong, which I think was very unlucky given it is a well tested compound. During that time, have largely commented that AZM's products are pretty rubbish and that there was a high risk that nobody would want to pay the trial costs for ceti. Suggested people thought about getting out at the recent spike to 10p! | the_doctor
30/6/2009 12:43 | Are you "out" at the moment the_doctor? | prambigear
30/6/2009 10:22 | nathan - to be fair to AZM holders, the cash burn is not 'massive' and at the time of your post, nobody knew the milestones wouldnt be coming in | the_doctor |
