Inland revenue would be interested if they are not entitled to it. They can write what they like as they stated those are not the accounts, the proper ones are released after the AGM.

So "they " have purloined the tax loses of RGTNewco LTD and left RGTnewco private company shareholders with NOTHING to attract any other interested party.

What ever happened to "WE private shareholders of RGTNewco can do what we like within reason "?.

Jiggery pockery at the highest level in my honest opinion.

With 20Mill in Tax loses RGTNEWCO was worth something but now its toilet paper.
