29/4/2013 05:38 | Gauno/potash/fertili Not ADI but one can see the value of potash( if it is a derivative of Gauno) and of the possibilty of the NZ connection(if there is one). Potash Minerals secures US Federal permit for Utah potash project April 29, 2013 Posted by Fortbridge in Mining. Tags: (USA) Bureau of Land Management (BLM), ben binninger, K2O Utah Potash Project, Potash Minerals Ltd, utah trackback Potash Minerals Ltd. (ASX:POK) has announced that the United States of America (USA) Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has approved the Company's 90% owned K2O Utah LLC's Hatch Point Potash Exploration Project. The Company is delighted to report this development to shareholders, and views this as achieving the most significant milestone since acquiring the K2O Utah Potash Project. The US BLM Federal Potash Exploration Permit awarded to K2O Utah is the first one to be granted in Utah for more than 25 years according to company research. K2O Utah is also the only applicant to receive a "Non-Known Potash Leasing Area (Non-KPLA) Designation" in Utah during this time. Mr Ben Binninger, Director, Potash Minerals, said "The timing of the approval and the expansion of exploration activity at the project could not come at a better time." "Currently the US market is primarily supplied from imports. New sources of domestic potash will help the USA become more self-sufficient in this critical agricultural commodity. As a result, in addition to being good news for shareholders, any success at K20 Utah will be watched with anticipation by the local US market and by prospective investors," Mr Binninger said. | share_shark

24/4/2013 09:36 | It has dawned upon me that I, amongst others, am spending/wasting far too much time on this pile of Lomax poo. How does it help us to speculate on the proposal? We can't buy, or sell the shares now, so why not just wait and see what develops? And in the meantime devote energy into other much more rewarding activities, such as D.I.Y, or gardening? | asmodeus
24/4/2013 07:38 | Thanks Genises - agree with you - just amazed to see the level of publicity around Souavnaid - considering we i.e. RGT have been around much much longer. All the best sm | smcl

23/4/2013 22:55 | smcl Had a conversation on this and Percy told me a few years back it was not rgt who would do advertising but for the distribution company to do. He is good at raising money but that is all and has no back ground in the advertising industry hence his negative response at the time.It would cost to much.Well he did well at taking a salary over the years of no doubt at an inflated salary for several years think he was some big cheese running a billion pound company. | genises
23/4/2013 22:08 | Why couldn't RGT do what these guys are doing? Even advertising it on radio/tv. sm | smcl
23/4/2013 21:59 | Hi Gen. Your last sentence. 4969 "The other scenario is rgt goes into admin and ADI takes the company away from the shareholders and still do the same." Didnt we say this months ago when PJ took a stake and we were shouted down?. Also didnt I say the other day, in so many words that PL may be interested, in what would be in effect a fire sale ?. Thanks for your thoughts . | share_shark
23/4/2013 21:53 | share shark I assume if playwise provides a loan the loan like ADI will be converted into shares if it merges with another company (10 million tax losses)and refloated onto the stock exchange. The rgt shareholders will be diluted by a substantial amount. Case of wait and see what happens. The other scenario is rgt goes into admin and ADI takes the company away from the shareholders and still do the same. | genises
23/4/2013 21:46 | Okay I know that this is the ADI thread and this article is regarding RGT. However( I know this is a long shot) with CLON having been sold in Australia and being so very close to NZ I thought you may wish to read this article from as far back as 2001. Would you believe even then RGT is being described as a "virtual company" ?. Perhaps some company(Planwise) heard about RGT sometime then and became interested. | share_shark
