I suspect the running of the company by planwise will be very short and another company will reverse into ADI.When this happens planwise will have a nice stake in the company and a new board to run the company.???

well percy can certainly give good advice as how to line your own pockets and shaft share holders while only owning a few shares for themselves

Essentially the role of a non-executive director is to provide what could be called a "creative contribution" to the board of directors by giving objective criticism and advice.

If they are all non executive directors then who is running the company????

I imagine that Percy is only staying on for AIM continuity..

removing 4 directors and replacing with 4 is asking for bother, as there is no continuity. Keeping Percy and David Scott on will allow a smooth transaction, plus they will be able to answer questions pertinent to RGT etc...

I don't forsee Percy staying for long... imho

It would be nice to think that Mr.Dross and perhaps why PL is staying on as a non exec. However Genises comments regarding RGT need to be taken into accoount and are pertinent.

seems we are not dead in the water as a lot believed .

and still suspended ... happy about that now lomax in no longer in charge we might become a successful company .

in the mean time i wonder if planwise are looking at RGT .... maybe they can buy there loan note off adi for say £200k
