23/4/2013 09:38 | kennyruss 23 Apr'13 - 07:29 - 4946 of 4957 Despite the New Zealand links, I simply can't see any connection with Planwise Group Limited NZ. If we can believe what is put in an RNS. It states Planwise Group Ltd, there is no listing in Companies House so it does not exist in the UK. The only Planwise Group Limited is in NZ, I suppose other ones might not have websites or address info listed on the net, but highly unlikely I think as they probably would be to small. | stenick
23/4/2013 09:31 | Some interesting debates now here. Thanks amos for your 4956 and do you now think that there are TWO separate considerations here ?. Rourke and Gutman on one side going to do something with ADI and Planwise with RGT ?. It does baffle me that PJohnson has not shown his hand. Is he just letting his holding stand there and letting others get on with sorting the whole messy business out?. | share_shark
23/4/2013 09:16 | He is originally from canada to... | kennyruss
23/4/2013 09:10 | From 4881:"Mr Christopher William Rourke, aged 45, and Mr Andrew Mark Gutmann, aged 43, will be appointed as directors of the Company with effect from the Share Admission. Mr Rourke will become Chairman of the Company on appointment. Mr Rourke is the head of Corporate Finance at Beaufort International Associates Limited ("Beaufort"). Christopher has over 20 years of global financial markets experience. Originally from Canada, his 17-year career in London has involved Investment Banking (including at UBS and Bank of Montreal Nesbitt Burns) and co-founding a Private Equity boutique (India and London Real Estate focus). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr Gutmann is the head of Capital Markets at Beaufort. He specialises in fundraising for small and micro-cap companies. He has worked for a number of institutions and has over 15 years' experience in the City." I am still not sure that we know who Planwise is, but you might like to have a look at Beaufort. This does give the impression of a substantial and successful Company, and Rourke and Gutmann are clearly employed there. | asmodeus
23/4/2013 07:50 | Ah kenny "they " could be one and the same!.:-) Not easy at all to raise money in New Zealand. | share_shark
23/4/2013 07:35 | nice find kenny i think thats more likely linked somehow than a 13 year old NZ unlisted shell. after all does anyone expect planwise to still be holding there shares after an RTO is completed ?. smoke and morrors still until all is reviealed imo . | mr_dross
23/4/2013 07:29 | If it is them kenny that is very good that they have Canadian registration because the Kanuks and USA(alongside) have a real appetite for start up companies and are much more liquid to trade and raising money is easier(although very heavily controlled). Thanks for that kenny. :-) | share_shark
23/4/2013 07:22 | This I suspect is out guys.. Domain registered 8th April 2013 | kennyruss
23/4/2013 06:58 | I have to laugh at myself ......often......... clutching at straws would be more apposite here, for my turn of thinking at the moment . :-)))) | share_shark
23/4/2013 06:53 | So from Gauno....... As a bi product then..... Dicalcium phosphate is mainly used as a dietary supplement in prepared breakfast cereals, dog treats, enriched flour, and noodle products. It is also used as a tableting agent in some pharmaceutical preparations, including some products meant to eliminate body odor. It is used in poultry feed. It is also used in some toothpastes as a tartar control agent. Extract from my 4947. Adding CLN to above ?. Okay it is a long shot so was my theory on Paul Johnson but it was THE Paul Johnson wasnt it ?. | share_shark
23/4/2013 06:36 | From RNS . "The composition of the portfolio is in line with the Company's investing policy. The Company intends to sell the portfolio in order to realise cash for the Company to be used for working capital purposes." | share_shark
23/4/2013 06:32 | Perhaps you might........ tracing the route from my 4946 kenny. Might be we are looking at two bites of the cherry for RGT Long term shareholders ?. RGT and ADI ?. Long shot but funnier things have happened here............like raising £20mill and spending it !!!!!!! | share_shark
23/4/2013 06:29 | Dicalcium phosphate the route from | share_shark
23/4/2013 06:29 | Despite the New Zealand links, I simply can't see any connection with Planwise Group Limited NZ. | kennyruss
23/4/2013 06:26 | Way off the beaten track perhaps .or perhaps not.......re my edited posts. VERY valueabe stuff this......... | share_shark
22/4/2013 21:07 | Sorry kenny. Ignore me.It late and way past my bedtime. Twas tongue in cheek and I was having a little chuckle. | share_shark
22/4/2013 20:51 | kenny is that for bird poo ?. | share_shark
22/4/2013 20:49 | Hmm in agricola resources project presentation they talk about raising circa 200k pre listing We have just raised 155k. | kennyruss
22/4/2013 20:34 | Lets not forget that agricola resources are looking for an Aim listing and their intended project is in new zealand. Ads is also their broker | kennyruss
22/4/2013 20:18 | IF Planwise is indeed a company from NewZealand, then they must have plenty about them to convince their own NZ regulatory bodies to make a play for ADI and at the same time convince the UK AIM bodes to allow them time and hence the long delay for action ?. Remember cross border dealings,in the financial markets are difficult, never mind crossing oceans. Looking at the postives ?. We may have missed one very important factor(well perhaps two with the Aim listing). That ENORMOUS amount of money tied up as losses........£20mil So forgetting that RGT is a loss....... but NOT a DEAD loss is it ?. What is a £250k plus interest=£300k loss against a sum of around £10mill. Gen may be more accurate than I but £20mill is what PL advised. THIS is perhaps what Paul Johnson saw and a great attraction for a profit making private company and used as a stepping stone for moving up the scale to say a FTSE250 company. For us RGT long termers though, will we be diluted to oblivion or will we come up with an ACE card ?. Somehow I dont think we will be so lucky. | share_shark
22/4/2013 19:48 | the doctor As far as I am aware Tim has been waiting for ADI to decide who they go with for him to then discuss a draw down facility.I assume it will be with this company but could be with another. | genises
22/4/2013 17:55 | The doctor I doubt it as why would you trade a portfolio of energy shares for a load of ADI | stenick |
