Well the whole ADI website has been updated with AIM rule 26 stuff and further info about directors etc..

Definitely an oil and gas slant, as that seems to be the key words about the business model.

anyone for a canadian oil sands project?

I have been chatting to a pal, who informed me that he thinks that a new Law is out regarding Aim companies ie that their market cap now has to be £7million.

I have not heard this. Has anyone else please?.

If this IS the case then there must be some mighty(but smallish) RTO planned here. I am aware that this sounds Irish but I am sure you catch my drift.

Am not sure if you are aware of this.

During Labour's tenure as "Govenors " in UK, they bought more than 37 new rules and regs.to and for stock market listings and all that goes with that.

If the new broom is Canadian, their due diligence if even more rigid and complex than the UK, as I have already mentioned.

ANY new director will have to be approved and proved, right back to when started school.............almost. CICR are still waiting for their new directors to be "cleared" despite the fact that their CVs/histories appear to be immaculate. Six months have elapsed and we are almost there in CICR !.

If there any Canadian ties, THIS would explain the long delays. Their jurisdiction is unbelievably strict and was the reason why CICR was so long in suspension. Then you have "cross border, cross seas" legals and laws to counter also, here it seems.

Wish all shareholders luck whatever.

So planwise are just the placeholder until big daddy comes along GENESIS?

With all the Canadian ties here - I am hoping for some sort of oil sands project - that would be lovely!!

Its not planwise who is reversing into ADI.
They will be a major shareholder in ADI.
Talks with the company reversing into ADI will be held with RGT once the company has been announced.

planwise converting the loan would give massive dilution yet still no way of facilitating RGT's growth

Massive dilution for RGT shareholders then?. Still it would mean that CLN would be obtainable for the long term shareholders(or anyone else who may know of CLN)

I actually emailed Jonathan Deverill today with a few questions, who in turn passed me onto Chris Rourke.

I was mainly looking for clarification on the drawdown facility planwise has provided. The only term of the drawdown is that it is 4% above base rate. There are no repayment terms, or whether the £200k is converted into shares..

any thoughts anyone?

If that is the case GENISES the suspension would be lifted as an admission doc would probably be submitted?
