Following just received from proactive; S_S (& perhaps others) interested in Beowulf, I think? -

kenny thank for your 5O78. ADS has been another "riddle in the sands" for me to understand, where ADI are concerned; I agree because in an RTO the warrants may be valueable to any new owner(if they they are transferable).

Be Interesting to see now who actually owns the 116m warrants that ADS held in ADI.

Looks like the PCB (Private Client Brokerage) has been sold and the CFB (Corporate Finance) is about to be sold for a nominal fee..

ADS will exist in name only, and a further party is looking to inject capital.

So who now owns the warrants? - PCB, CFB or new third party..

With regard to PYM .Look at the costs of a reverse TO or RTO. from the point of view of MrsApeslaptop...............this man( MRSAPES) is a gem of a stock trader and really appears to know his stuff. So any company thinking of ADI would have to be sure of profits and so their expenses( of an RTO) would be a major consideration. I am aware they have the best part of £8-10mill in Tax losses buut they will have to make profits before using that.

there is a lot of smoke... if there is to be ADI reborn then it isnt exactly clear what is shaping up however look at PYM today... rto announced - however for all their failures they have ... cash

moreforus. Now be fair, I only bashed you with my powder puff once and that handbagging has been reported and posted so much it has travelled around the World twice now.:-) There was only one person I truly ,bashed and well he deserved it because he was a truly naughty boy.

With regards to your question, I really dont know what they are all up to but there again RGT, having pulled the wool over their shareholders eyes for so many years, that is no real surprise.

Whoever or whatever they have in mind has to be an improvement for ADI shareholders but RGTnewco is another thing.
The fact that it is all taking so long has to be a good thing and makes me think that it indeed an overseas related, RTO. The goal posts appear to have changed over the months though, dont you think?.

Do you think there is any connection with ECR apart from PJ ? ECR are always looking for ways to fund the office rent, Doreen's wages and their annual subscription to Razzle. They are involved in a potential new project that will require funding but there is talk of a single "reputational" investor....

the_doctor - absolutely true. I remember the same being said about DXR when Kenny bought a big chunk of them and they tripled. And MDC which tripled as well. Only an idiot would buy these on their past performance, buying now is for the potential future performance. All or nothing punt but at least we know the downside is only about 0.13p. The upside .....

There is simply no stock, to accumulate say 3% (which is only about £15k) at the moment, the share price would be pushed up to circa 0.25p imho.

Look at the volumes on NEOS, MTV, AHG, REM etc recently, this could easily trade 100-200m shares in a day no problem..

for starters we own 20% of THEMAC issued shares and they are due to release DFS this year......

P Johnson our new Chairman owns over 10million shares at a significant loss. He is from MiningMaven and has the ability to turn this around.

Costs have been massively cut from the lavish previous management days.

Worth a punt at this level based on THEMAC holding alone.
