Fantastic spike to sell into for shorters. Some sort of pump and dump being worked presumably. Just as the around the 5p-15p range we saw earlier in the year many will be attracted by the "cheap" valuation not appreciating the wall of paper which will hit the market after the refi - or the administration if its a no vote.

You'd have to be pretty thick to be short selling this now- with a yes vote an absolute certainty now.Short selling scum brought this down- now watch as they close out lol!

The Company will subsequently commence a pre-emptive open offer (the "Open Offer") to all Shareholders, including those Existing Noteholders who acquire shares pursuant to the Debt for Equity Swap and the New Senior Notes Share Issue. The Open Offer will comprise up to GBP49.2 million in new Ordinary Shares offered on the basis of 4 new ordinary shares for each 9 ordinary shares held on the relevant record date. Shareholders will have the ability to subscribe for more than their pro rata interest pursuant to an excess application facility, however applications from Existing Shareholders for additional shares will be limited so that Existing Shareholders will be limited in aggregate to a maximum holding of 15% of the issued share capital immediately following the completion of the Restructuring.
