Thanks. Don't want to become a serial poster on various boards and will try to post also here a bit. I invest medium/long term in a few companies entering very early when below radar such TGR and ADV after speaking with the board and researching the companies. My motto is keep it simple and when you like a company commit money and be patient as good companies will re rate.

Thanks for the link ShareInvestment.

Why not spend more time over here. I value your thoughts over on LSE. It's a bit more rough and tumble here than the LSE bb but a lot more fluid for conversation.

Morning all. I usually post on the LSE board but do from time to time also look into this board with interest. Been investing and accumulating since Leslie, Mark and John have joined in Feb 2020 after having had the opportunity to speak to them and been incredibly impressed from day one. Personally think that the Andalas legacy has created an incredible opportunity for smart investors which look not at the past but at ADV for what it became after the new board arrived and used the ADL shell, namely a new company with incredible skills, clear strategy, connections and assets. The opportunity to invest below second large raise price and basically more or less where the board has an average price stake is a one off when one considers the CoS of Buffalo (see CPR below). Other assets will arrive in my opinion with dilutive equity raises only done at much higher share prices. We all know that traders and investors will come as soon as the rig is confirmed up to the drill. I made over the last 25 years or so significant returns by investing medium/long term in small caps early with the right mix and these opportunities don't come often and ADV is one. Time will tell but for me this is definitively one of these rare opportunities for smart and patient investors. Check out the CPR and you will see that even if nothing is guaranteed you will struggle to find much better CoS and the heard will as usual arrive soon. DYOR and be patient are key for me. hxxps://riscadvisory.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/RISC-CPR-Buffalo-23Mar2021b.pdf

CEO Leslie Peterkin commented:

"We are delighted to hear this progress from Carnarvon to ensure drilling of the Buffalo-10 well is on track for later this year.

The drilling of this well is transformational to Advance Energy, representing a material value catalyst for the Company and our shareholders. In the success case, there is potential to deliver a gross production rate of around 40,000 barrels per day by the end of 2023, which in this current pricing environment would deliver exceptionally strong cash flow and compelling rates of return.

We are very excited for what the next six months may bring and will continue to provide updates to the market as we approach the various milestones of drilling
activity on the Buffalo10 well.'

ADV would be very wise to get B10 spudded quickly. Certainly in Q3, which we are only 21 days away from.

hazl. Interesting that they did their projections on $50 oil with Brent currently $72.47, with some projecting $80. Unbelievable what that would do to ADV's projected cash generation in years 1 and 2 of production at Buffalo.

"Year one gross FCF of US$ 276 million @ 50 US$/bbl based on CPR economics"

For me it's like putting money in the building society and looking to see if it's grown in the future.
Hopefully it will depending on the oil price at the time.

Looks to show Buffalo on the wrong side of the revised border, but nice perspective of assets in the Timor sea.

ISA IDEAS

Advance Energy (ADV).

Lets throw what was only a few weeks ago a 5m market cap minnow into this years oily ISA consideration list and consider Advance Energy who, whilst the market was thinking about its upcoming Easter holiday, comfortably nailed a $30million capital raise to complete their acquisition of a significant 50% interest in the Buffalo Oil field in Timor Lest. Through the Buffalo field, the company is targeting exposure to material upside potential in 2021 with limited risk and says that the now fully funded B10 appraisal well at Buffalo has potential to deliver production of 40000 BOPD within 3 years of the drilling of B10. Some big numbers there which oil drill speculators typically like, and those numbers combined with the lower risk appraisal nature of B10 is going to attract a lot of interest for not only the thrill of the drill investors but more sensible types too and why not, Advance says that the Buffalo field originally developed by BHP and Nexen in 1999 produced 21 MMstb over 5 years and hit peak rates of 45000 bopd from 2 previous wells before being shut-in in 2004 at 4000 bopd.

The team at Advance claim that there is still considerable resource potential at Buffalo and say that modern 3D reprocessing has delineated an undrilled crest at Buffalo with certified 2C (contingent resources) estimated remaining oil in place of 85 MMstb (stock tank barrels). Drilling is planned for H2 of 2021 and the highly experienced management team expect Buffalo to be the first addition to the Advance portfolio from a pipeline of other potential exciting opportunities. Speaking of the team, these guys have had senior leadership roles at several respected major to mid cap oil and gas companies and have repeatedly identified and developed a number of significant oil and gas plays, importantly they have also put their money where their mouth is and have bought significant stakes in Advance. Given drilling success shareholders should be in safe hands. Note that there will be time between any successful drilling and first oil but with Advance modelling Free cash Flow at circa $276million in Buffalos first year of production it could well be worth waiting for. Buy for the lower risk drilling opportunity and management team, note the upcoming EGM on 16th April to approve acquisition and share consolidation.
