Looks like they are getting lined up and ready with this new appointment. Personally don't think they would take on new staff if there wasn't something in the pipeline that would just be a waste of cash

Totally agree. It would be nice if it's this side of Christmas but who knows. Definitely not for the faint hearted but I am willing to play the risk reward here. Experienced team let's hope they keep their word. But these days that is getting increasingly rare.
