mrtruth,

If they get that far!

I would say that is by no means certain, and even if they do, how many shares will then be in issue after all the Bracknor conversions?

The mathematics are working against shareholders here.

I was bemused by the recent price rise, we'll see if it can hold at his level for long.

Well I got the tube in the end and quite a walk down to the far end of Harley St (Euston Rd end). Two parts to the site. The accommodation block at 149 - nothing is happening. The other site now has scaffolding covered in black wooden sheets and a RSJ coming out of the first floor window, which is an improvement from when i drove past around the beginning on May. Men are on site, but couldn't see much happening, but most construction site appear that way. The site is surrounded by occupied building, so not an easy job, especially going down 50ft. Construction has started, but only for a max of 6wks IMHO. All a bit boring really, but a nice day for a walk. My take -they have a long, long way to go. For balance here, I mave a very small holder value wise (Dr. Michael Sinclair sweet talked me into it at the May 2015 placing)thus my interest. Back then he implied LIGHT was working. Roll onto today and guess what I don't believe a word the management tells me!

Oh definitely I don't really think anyone on these boards know as much as they may pretend to for a second!

mrtruth,

Faith / hope is not a good investment strategy!

I would ask a professional if I were you, and not rely on any comments posted on here.

Internet financial BB's are very dangerous places, they should carry a wealth warning IMO!

looks like another 350,000 have been pumped, so another conversion notice due. Or perhaps an existing shareholder selling. Last time I past the site a few months ago, some scaffolding was up. See if things have moved on

Sometimes a leap of faith does the job! Yes fully aware of the situation, however, I also read into the more positive side of things. IMO this will recover and pay all those with resilience and patience.

mrtruth,

I would take some time to look over the terms of the Bracknor and Blackfinch deals, and then decide how likely this company is to deliver shareholder value.

If you have a proper (not online) broker, ask him, otherwise any investment professional or even an accountant should have some idea.

At least ask someone totally independent, and not anyone on a BB.

Make sure you have a hard hat, high vis jacket and steel toe caps, and the Site foreman agrees you can get on site!

Any photos would go down a real treat!

mrtruth1 - if your a believer, of course stick with it. As I don't live far away from Harley St and its a sunny day, I'm going to cycle down to have a look. Also going to pop over to Tottencourt Rd to see how University College London Hospitals development of the a same facility is coming along.

mrtruth: Have you actually looked carefully at the detail of the Bracknor financing agreement? Are you aware of how they have to flood the market with shares every time that they convert a tranche of the loan?

Yeah you have to be careful with dead cat bounces if you are too late to the party
you might end up losing a bit.

The low yesterday was 16.2p to buy, the high to sell today was 20.38p so a substantially % gain to anybody with a crystal ball to know the low and high.

mr truth,

Sorry to hear about your losses, I got clobbered on my first investment too, if it's any consolation, which it probably isn't.

A 'dead cat bounce' is exactly that, a blip up before continuing downwards, and with so many new shares coming onto the market I cannot possible see how the share price can rise long term.

Does anyone know what happened to the last Medical Physics guy Richard Amos who joined 1-11-2016? He was/is director of Medical Physics, so is senior VP above or below that position?

I don't even know what a bounce is tbh! It's my 1st investment, £2500 in, massive loss so far, so you are totally wrong! Nice try though. I'm reading the positives.

Why is it negative? It's a possibility of reality. I'd suspect mrtruth1 is only in for a possible bounce anyway, and then long gone. I don't believe for a minute he believes the long term prospect here are positive?

Looks like Bracknor has converted a few more and more shares now offered- 75,000 at 20.7p. I'm not sure what has changed here apart from more cost going into the business. With the prelims due to be released before the end of the month and the danger of suspension something has to give, doesn't it? What will happen to Bracknor's unsecured debt?

50k at 20.75p perhaps a short closing.

Looking to break back above 20p any time now

People who are short talk it down rightly or wrongly

People who are long talk it up rightly or wrongly.

The shorts know this will have the odd "dead cat" bounce along the way so as somebody says you cannot reopen a short they either have to accept this or close out knowing they cannot reopen. There is clearly a squeeze and shortage of stock currently so a lot of people have had to pay premiums to get in unless they are shorts closing.
