31/5/2017 16:56 | Last time the share price (mid) closed at 27.5 was on 15th May, and it's closed below that every day since. So yesterday, Tuesday 30th, was the 10th trading day that it has closed below 110% of it's par value. If I've calculated that right, then surely the requirement to call an EGM has now been triggered? | vatnabrekk
31/5/2017 15:13 | JakNife - logic does point to your scenario. The question was in the short term can the game continue of issuing shares below NV and setting the difference in cash continue, thus putting the EGM off or after 10 days does a mandatory EGM have to be call? Obviously the fudge cannot continue indefinably as its basically robbing peter to pay paul. | smithless
31/5/2017 14:28 | Thanks JakNife - do you think both parties will try and find a way around it and they seem to make it up as they go along? | smithless
31/5/2017 13:10 | Re the EGM, is it 10 working or consecutive days? Or is the whole EGM thing now irrelevant now AVO pays the loan note holder the difference between nominal value and conversion from future loan notes? | smithless
31/5/2017 07:13 | Hmm I think AVO would be better served by giving a update on how LIGHT is progressing, for a company that used to give regular updates on their technical progress and I mean usually every two to three months, their technical updates on LIGHT have been recently worryingly, um well light. | werty5
30/5/2017 19:31 | I we are talking about Harley Street, the contractor is being paid by the owners of the building, not by AVO. | daijavu
30/5/2017 16:25 | Looks like someone just bought 250k shares. | vatnabrekk
30/5/2017 08:36 | I'd suspect the demolition contractor has picked up something (or been tipped off) and is/ was worried about payment?. No doubt this RNS is to satisfy that concern. If the contractor had walked away from site that would be totally damning All IMO only | pj 1
30/5/2017 08:26 | Wow! The demolition contractor is still on track to meet the timetable they set 7 weeks ago..... Expect regular updates every teabreak from now on. | igbertsponk
30/5/2017 08:15 | Desperately weak RSN.We dont have any good news, so in a pathetic effort to stop the bracknor financing from killing the SP, we will tell you some non-news. We dug a hole.....They are in a hole alright, let's hope they can get out. | seans66
30/5/2017 07:50 | Tell us more about the tech construction and less about the hole they are digging for themselves ..... | ramas

20/5/2017 09:04 | AVO's system (when it is complete!) will be more advanced than this. It will be smaller and cheaper, mainly because it doesn't use a cyclotron which is the huge piece of equipment required in current machines. Here is an extract from AVO's web site: "LIGHT is an acronym for Advanced Oncotherapy's Linac Image Guided Hadron Technology - the next generation of particle therapy systems that requires neither the massive infrastructure nor the extensive shielding that older and current forms of protons accelerators do. LIGHT uses innovative accelerators and hence does not require a cyclotron nor a synchrotron to accelerate the protons to the high energy levels needed." So this the very significant advantage of the AVO system. If only they would hurry up and get a working prototype up and running and verified! | vatnabrekk
19/5/2017 13:22 | smithless, Yes I can see why, and what's the point is having a VWAP rule if it can be so easily circumvented? It makes a mockery of the so called integrity of the market. | andy
19/5/2017 09:53 | Since Monday 15th I have stopped believing a word that comes out of this company. | smithless
18/5/2017 08:18 | So, "Additional fees of c.£37,000 are to be paid to reflect the conversion price being below nominal value of the Ordinary Shares." In other words, the effective price paid by Bracknor is actually 21.35p which is below the nominal value of 25p. Is that legal? Presumably, I'm sure they have checked. | vatnabrekk |
