Bracknor could well get their fingers burned with this one. They will get very little sympathy, I suspect. But sadly, ordinary shareholders will get fingers burned as well.

Most on here must be short? I got my short closed by spreadex after the bulls were all wiped out but managed to get back in when we had a bounce. This is almost worthless now and the amount of stock currently waiting to be dumped..... terrible really.

Interesting - let's see what happens from here. Signs of buying interest at the moment.

Most probably, I can't think of another reason why an II would loan shares. They may well have asked for them back forcing shorts to close so they can get out.

Tr-1 from 4 May shows 'return of loaned shares' - does this indicate share used for shoring purposes?

I think you'll find Aviva NOT dumping - it looks a complicated TR-1 - but looks to me that they may have just have taken back shares from a possible inter-market transaction - strange one!

Shareprice tanking fast now 25p nominal level breached. EGM to be called soon to lower nominal and get authority to issue oodles more shares. Will they do a 2 for 1 split to lower nominal to 12.5p or will they save the cost of another quick EGM and do 5 to 1 to get it down to 5p?

The 'odds' has to be that some or all of the Directors will pick up any assets on the cheap after the Company becomes Bankrupt, with previous R&D effectively thrown in for free......

IMO That is probably their current strategy.

1) In answer to my Q at the last AGM their business model is to sell the device. Harley St was described as a showpiece to assist sales. I also made the point that the decision to embark on HS and divert resources and management resources away from testing LIGHT was taken without shareholder awareness or approval.
2)The Annual report covers this but it can still focus on the tumour when the patient is moving eg breathing and is cheaper to operate. So we are told.
3)Dunno

The substantive point is that they do not have a product and the prototype, if it exists, has taken longer to test such that the Chinese pulled out.

The may announce it works tomorrow which be great for holders - but until that announcement is made AVO is burning cash with no income and growing "debts"

daijavu,

It is not a new loan but a second tranche of an existing loan which has been drawn down earlier than expected, which may indicate cash is being burned faster than expected. In terms of how this fits with LIGHT the best case is for meaningful revenues from LIGHT to arrive in 2021 so repayment in 2018 is going to be highly problematic especially as they have given security over the only things they have to support this loan.

Interesting developments. The new loan is for a year. Does that have any significance in terms of the development of LIGHT?
