Based on these results I have added more. I believe they can be resilient to any further downturn and if covid appears in some form again and people are increasing WFH , I see this as a boost based on last year. People will not go without personal transport even if they are working more from home.. this is part of the future work culture GLA

Still in the red after the recent panics but trends look good to me. Solvency still strong. Dividend policy helps in that they actually want to return profits to shareholders. Will be on board as long as this continues.

All due to the amount of cars back on the road. But it doesn't take a genius to work out that ADM is growing, while DLG is losing customers.

Rubbish coxsmn. Admiral's turnover and policyholders are increasing, DLG's 9.2% down.

2021 was a one-off unless we have another year long covid epidemic that trashes the economy and leads to deflation … bit too much of a roller coaster in last 2 yrs and I’d like to get off .. feel sick :-)

Not quite.
50% decline from 2021 to 2022 is no better than dlg.
If we start comparing dlg 2022 h1 results with 2019 h1 then they are up too.

Better than OK, good results. Especially after the scaremongering caused by Sabre and DLG's downward spiral.

Maybe a climb up to 20 quid prior to results , if they're not as bad as the market expects could go back to 22-23 mark quite easily

The problem here is the amount of AT trades which is invariably institutional shorting activity driving the momentum and their risk accordingly...

And recent action in wider markets seem to be really gunning on FED enthusiasm for the future later today but I think there's going to be a summer of pain to contend with first so invest but try not to be too overzealous just yet folks!

no upside catalyst near term. earnings second week of august like to follow that of others in sector. just question of whether enough priced in. if down heavily on those results its a buy no question.

This could hang around here for a while but it's taken a hit on expected poor figures so for me they are now priced in Long term as the world recovers these will be back over £30 again
