27/7/2022 07:18 | fingers crossed people see the value here on a well run company | wall street trader
26/7/2022 18:34 | The yield here is now over 10% with Admiral having an exemplary dividend growth record and the next XD date in just 6 weeks time! | bountyhunter
26/7/2022 18:22 | Another few percent rise tomorrow would be nice , they may climb back towards £19 quid up to results | franky15
26/7/2022 14:22 | Results day 10 Aug. | rik shaw
26/7/2022 14:06 | When is update? | 2000max
26/7/2022 07:09 | I guess we stay around £17 until the the update | franky15
26/7/2022 06:38 | My favourite reversal chart pattern was completed today so am expecting a turn around - if todays low is breached it might be more pain When are the results due out ? | wall street trader
25/7/2022 18:15 | The market is now fully expecting dire results similar to that of Sabre but I think many are going to be very pleasantly surprised Tornado12 with the Aug trading update! | one_frankel
25/7/2022 16:55 | I loaded up some more today - gotta be a great ten year hold if they maintain the dividend and you reinvest it | wall street trader
25/7/2022 13:30 | I think the next financial update on 10/8 will be a key reference to give guidance on results, dividend and future expectations: I am waiting for this, but I agree they can become a compelling investment.... need a medium term view IMO | tornado12
25/7/2022 11:54 | It is almost 15% cheaper than its lows of the last five years and inflationary pressures are an issue but its now heavily priced in the market for it and aggressive fiscal policy is 'The' driver for bringing that under control as you'll see in the coming months... And whilst the market is not even considering how truly diversified the insurance business is...At these valuations, Admiral can't be sort of being anything but compelling to an investor! | one_frankel
25/7/2022 11:43 | Hmm this is a major support level. Will it hold?? Looking dodgy to me!! | wallywoo
25/7/2022 10:52 | He's more of a 'Punter' than an investor Fenner, you know the ones that get rather excited over a few menial wins but are incredibly discrete not to disclose all their continuing deep losses! | one_frankel
25/7/2022 08:24 | P45 you spent the last year telling everyone to ditch the UK stocks and Buy US tech, on every board you posted on. Like I said you had broken that habit So no one would have taken any notice of you , but if they had , they could well have been down 60% by now. No you did not spend the last year crowing at how anyone should have timed US growth stocks right and bought years ago , you were trying to give advice to buy in the last year. | fenners66
21/7/2022 13:35 | tech flying again you losers, love it! Loaded up more tsla at 610 in may….what a juicy trade….brexit shxthole uk and these insurers are toast. | porsche1945
19/7/2022 15:12 | A possible oversight Porsche1945?...But Admiral has many strands to its business, its not just dependent on motor premiums alone unlike one of its infamous peers! ...And its becoming very interesting around current valuations! | one_frankel
19/7/2022 12:16 | Better off buying L&G or MNG for income, shares wont ever go anywhere as zero growth but solid payouts, car insurers in terminal decline, these will go under the jefferies target of 1525, could see them at 12.50 ish. Probably the most frightening of the dividend payers are house builders, looking like 2007/8, they could get decimated. Useless BOE will have to ratchet rates massively as so far behind the curve, UK taxes are mental, inflation the highest in the G7 and sterling has been crushed since brexit and even worse now as viewed as a political basket case, weak currencies suck in inflation, dire, UK really fxcked. 1970’s here we come. | porsche1945
18/7/2022 16:13 | People are driving less because of the increased fuel prices. The cost per claim may well be up due to increased cost of replacement cars but their claims volumes should be lower. | adeg
18/7/2022 15:32 | Be careful of the serious backdrop of the pending recession / depression which Is going to hack to pieces many share prices. I hold admiral and hold it in high regard as a solid divi player but also realise that cheaper bargains are yet to come. | smith99
18/7/2022 13:46 | Will be interesting to see how things progress from now to next business update on 10th August. Will hold out until then unless a very silly price south £16 arrives | tornado12
18/7/2022 09:08 | People still need insurance. Hopefully some of Direct Line's missed profits in a highly competitive market will come our way, I have always found Admiral to be cheaper. Ignore Jeffries, I always do. | bountyhunter
18/7/2022 08:40 | Current weakness is an opportunity for long term divi seekers like me. General insurance was not on my radar until last days giving a good opportunity. I expect future premiums will reflect the inflation and if further covid restrictions do arrive this winter can have additional boost. Will buy more if crazy pricing drops occur | tornado12 |
