The BOD is also an issue. Chairman is ex torotrak.One of the NEDs is employed by brokers N1 Singers the CEO is obviusly feeling underused as he is also a non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director at Tracsis plc. WTF

Sadly, since Tony Best has not been at the helm, this company has shown contempt for it's shareholders and the current management have closed their curtains to their Investors.

I am not usually minded to post, however...I sold all my ABDP stock over the last few months save a 100 for now. I was an early investor at 267p and later at 750p when they did a raise back in the day. In a nutshell i dont like the continued erosion of margins and the eyewatering hike in SGA costs. The notable lack of comms to PIs makes it so hard to find out what is happening to the company. No one writes on them, no one posts on the chat boards. I know someone mentioned on here that dont put too much credence on what is posted on Glassdoor. But the company does as its starting to respond to neg posts. Institutions who came in at 2250 p cant be happy. The old CEO and Chairman engaged with the investor community and a broker collegue rated the team highly at the time which got me onto them in the first place.
