22/2/2016 12:19 | Well on level 2 price actually up 7% on day-we shall have to wait and see-all a bit odd. | loobrush
22/2/2016 12:19 | IMG sold their TMZ at a massive discount ,the new management have decided to sell Pure and are getting rid of distractions at any price , almost certainly ready for a sale of the business, buyers would not want shares in collateral companies, this unfortunately has to be IMG IMHO and DYOR but I did predict it last week. | sweenoid
22/2/2016 12:12 | Loo Transferring shares rather than selling must by law be done at mkt price....otherwise tax fraud etc So it was imo a sell and not transfer to wife or similar | smithie6
22/2/2016 12:11 | SELLER OUT BACK WE GO UP | falia
22/2/2016 12:11 | ..you wouldnt have bt all shares on offer.... If had sold bit by bit to PIs it wld have taken months...and share price wld drift down.... ------ 5p price is negative indicator imho 15p or 20p wld have been big positive pt | smithie6
22/2/2016 12:10 | Might just be a holder transferring shares to family members as I can't believe anyone actually selling at 5p, wouldn't make sense.Maybe an RNS will advise us . | loobrush
22/2/2016 11:58 | Well whoever bought them got a good deal! | trendfollow
22/2/2016 11:53 | 5p? Is that all they could get? Perhaps the market is a little ahead of its self here? | simonparker5
22/2/2016 11:50 | Big trades at 5p.. Maybe IMG have sold ?? | smithie6
22/2/2016 11:29 | very interesting move today and on descent volume, in the absence of any formal announcement I would highly suspect that IMG have given Simon Cole reassurance that they are not going to sell their 10% stake and &'s II's have been made aware of that fact ?? just guessing S | sweenoid
22/2/2016 11:01 | Why a rise today- Simon Cole says at the end how big he expects the company to be in a couple of years-and that is BIG! Investors beginning to understand the potential of the company. and results also due in a couple of weeks which should include the exciting news they have been promising plus indication of when they will move into profit. | loobrush
22/2/2016 11:01 | Moving back up. | someuwin
17/2/2016 11:10 | This was all sparked off by the resignation ion of Hossein Yassaie at IMG IMHO ( I think he was told resign, or be sacked) How does that affect 7Digital? -well IMG own circa 10% of 7 and 7 uses a lot of its IP. IMG is now having a restructuring and will at last sell Pure. As a big holder in IMG , I would be more than disappointed if that restructuring involved a sale in its 7 holding, that would be short-sighted , but it is a possibility. That's why despite good news and more coming it's been marked down, this is a long term growth story with or without an IMG holding , so I will hold and add on weakness, but others may wish to wait and see IMG's intentions. IMG need to make their restructuring plans public ASAP , the interim CEO new FD will want to make their mark there ( and no doubt maximimize their profits) , I would expect clarity within a few months or hopefully before as far as 7 is concerned S | sweenoid
16/2/2016 23:42 | Heading back towards 6p it would seem - at least the graph looks more interesting now!! | ochs
16/2/2016 18:20 | What's happening here then? We're nearly back to the low again !! | 1bonanza
10/2/2016 13:25 | There has been on over reaction to Sir Hossein leaving 7 DIG as he had no day to day impact on running the business. Although the numbers selling are small it has had an impact on the share price which shows it can move quickly either way. Selling now would in my view be a big mistake as when the next set of news comes the rise in price will be as fast as the drop and could well exceed the recent high as it moves towards brokers target of 38p. | loobrush
09/2/2016 08:02 | As I said Sir Hossein has resigned-he had to, it's got absolutely nothing to do with 7Digital itself, rather him beings in place as IMG's representative as a large holder, I very much doubt he will be replaced by another IMG rep S | sweenoid
08/2/2016 13:30 | In my view just a bit of profit taking after a strong rise and falling markets generally, but news to be announced soon will I'm sure see another strong rise to new levels. Patience. | loobrush
08/2/2016 12:04 | The fall today is probably related to news at IMG where the CEO has resigned and a further profits warning has been issued IMG own about 10% of 7 Digital and have provided extensive IP to us as well. Talk of cost cutting would make some investors be concerned IMG will sell their stake. I think this entirely unlikely as it looks a great investment going forward. I support and indeed called for HY's resignation so it's a double edged sword. Sir Hossein, will of course have to retire from his position as a non exec of 7 Digital -his position there was one of investor, he certainly wasn't there to give business advice! | sweenoid
04/2/2016 10:17 | finnCap Reiterates 38p target. | someuwin
04/2/2016 09:21 | On the up again. | someuwin
03/2/2016 16:30 | 7DIG is holding up extremely well as I expected some profit taking after this rise but there is only a small retrace which shows that there seems to be considerable demand out there. As yet no press on the company either so the potential has not reached a large investor audience yet. But as you say Sweenoid----bring on the exciting announcements. | loobrush
03/2/2016 16:14 | From the trading update on 21st January The Company's marketplace and pipeline of opportunity continued to grow during the year, and the Board looks forward to announcing a number of exciting agreements over the coming months. Bring them on :-) S | sweenoid |
