No personal offence was meant to you but I can understand on reading it that it can be construed ( inadvertently ) that I was referring to you as clueless

Funny how you've just remembered that you new, but never explained it to anyone before ! I suppose that's what a genius is like.

I think we need to get back to sensible discussion here.
The last RNS has clearly put some investors off, thats what has caused the drop in price,I do not think it is a pump and dump situation at all.
You have only to look at the shareholders to see serous people are involved with this company, all who bought in at the placing of 27p, which is less than today's price!
The LSE poster has explained the situation regarding the RNS,I believe that. Having analysised the company before I set this thread up I believe their is a massive potential here and have invested accordingly.
I have added to my investment today as I believe this will, within a few weeks be much higher than today's price when all the news comes out.
We shall see.

These pump and dumpers from the topinfo thread are getting really bad and I see they have quickly vanished from here after briefly taking over this thread and anybody sucked into their lies have found themselves 30-40% down already !

The RNS has clearly been misunderstood as has been explained to me from a source close to the company.

The RNS has to be worded in a certain way and approved by the Stock Exchange before issue and the RNS is a result of that approval, any other wording being not acceptable.

Where the RNS refers to market expectations this refers to analyst's projection's for this year which ends on December 31st 2014 and clearly no income from the watch deal will occur this year.
It does not refer to the year commencing 2015 as no projections by the company or analyst's have been announced.
Fincap gave a share price for this year only (2014) of 38p. This was before the Will.I.Am watch deal , What will the analysis be for next year (2015),could be 2 to 3 times that price I expect.

Also you will note the RNS does not refer to any contract with Will.I.Am which no doubt will be announced when it is finally tied up.

Seeing the share price drop, clearly most have misunderstood that this is a TRANSFORMATIVE deal and anyone would be silly to sell the shares.
Further news of the Watch deal i'm sure will be announced shortly when finalised and more new business
news along with brokers notes for next year which will put the shares UP past previous highs to reflect the very significant potential.

still heavily loss making....and imo not announced ONE deal that infers that that could change

(a demo of a possible product in USA....big deal imo....
even if a good product , trying to beat Apple, Amazon, Google, Samsung, HTC, Levo etc.....very very difficult....

(IMG tried with some products..investing more than 7DIG can afford...appears imo they didnt take off.....)

As I said all along its the underlying strong business proposition that this company provides is the basis for the eventual big profits ;-)...and much bigger rewards for investors. ;-)

News not out yet, wait for a confirmation RNS and then you might be surprised to where the price will go to as company value still very tiny,few loose shares and institutions may want to get on board.

What a brilliant deal for 7digital which has really put the company in the headlines, soon everyone will know about the company and other deals will follow from this so that some Will.i.am glamour can rub of on them.

From being unknown they will come into the world spotlight although this deal may not be fantastic, the benefits it will bring will be huge.Less the cash and shares in Boom, 7digital still only has a tiddly value of about £17 million

With the board of directors and shareholders they have this will go places over the next few months ,not one to be out of in my view as the potential long term here is big.
