Last year Simon Cole was reluctant to put the completion of the single platform in an RNS. His view was that they said they'd do it so why announce they'd done it. They only put it in an RNS to add some good news to an RNA announcing bad news. It's possible they might have the same view with the tax payment. They've said they'll pay it so why would they announce they've paid it. I don't agree with that strategy but it could be one they go with. New contracts are a different matter. There's certainly no reason to withhold those announcements.

If the bill had been paid I'm sure they'd have been delighted to announce it straight away, so at present I'd assume they've not paid it. Getting close to the HMRC deadline, nervous times.

Cole should mortgage his home in NH or wherever he lives and put up the funds himself. He's been paid far too much over the years for what? COMPLETE DESTRUCTION OF THE SHARE PRICE!!!!!!!It would be refreshing for once if this CEO would fess up and try and make amends rather than swanning around blaming everyone else.

Yes if they pay up in full the application will be withdrawn.

It might be that the recent investors have coughed up to another million as a loan although not sure as a convertible at this mkt cap as they might then exceed 30 per cent and would need permission for that.

Assuming HMRC have been paid (guessing on today's share move) does anyone know if they still have to attend the meeting to have it dismissed on Wednesday or are HMRC likely to cancel and confirm payment before then.

Simon Cole reminds me of Corbyn over Brexit. He bangs on about the subscription model not being the way forward for streaming (May's Deal) and yet has not put forward any coherent plan as an alternative.
