Let's hope it is a stuff up, reduced head count could be reeking havoc?

Struggling with corporate functions. Some hint of it in the update actually.

If you fight with HMRC, do they just push the nuclear option?

Does this happen all the time?

Lots of people on all BBs becoming increasingly confident the collapse here is grossly overdone.

I wonder what their buyin price was on Friday?

Sensible suggestion the x2 15 million trades were just shuffling between MMs.
Rather than an insider cutting loose.

News on the tax bill, Juke, new contracts, or even speeding ticket? Would be most welcome.

A few nervous nellies at 8am. LOL.

Be surprised if anyone picks these up for below 1p on Mon - bounced quickly despite the 2x 15M sells between 2-3pm. Should head back to 1.3p area Mon if no RNS or 2p+ if RNS confirming tax bill paid.

Why do we all think the tax bill is a sudden unexpected bill?

It is the move by HMRC and the publication of the petition that has prompted today's excitement.

RNS states they’re going to pay so it’s just a matter of when rather than if. Looking through results, they also have sufficient cash to pay this. So, fully expect bod to pay this early next week and see share price recover.

tbh honestmarty I wouldn’t even touch this at 0.072p. Good luck if you take a bite - and if you want any advice from an anonymous avatar on a woefully formatted freebb, stick to fruit machine sized stakes unless you are nonplussed if you - and can afford to - lose the lot.

If they can pay the tax bill and have the winding up order dismissed.

If they announce the promised new contracts at CES as hinted.

Things could look less grim by mid-January ?

Yes indeed. When it fell 23 days in a row I thought it could only be insiders selling.

What I noticed that despite the drifting to low after low there was never any volume buying.

A few pi's nibbled but then the downtrend continue. That is a tell tale sign bad news is coming because in this bent market if nothing was wrong insiders would have been buying millions.

Could be 2 institutions selling at this rate

I think the worst thing about this current situation is that there were obviously some people 'in the know' and had sold this down. This seems to be the 'accepted norm' for Aim stocks.

For our major client to consider a u-turn on 7Digital's most heralded service is a stab in the back. SC always talked about revenue time and time again but not profit. Well now with revenue set to nosedive he will need to talk about it again but this time he may not look so smug. As to profit Nov and Dec may be the best it gets - if MMS walk away then it looks terminal. 7Dig only want to provide the service not take over the business. The money is in the monthly recurring income.

We all make our own investment decisions but there is an element of trust that the board will act at a level befitting a public company however the accounting debacle of the summer seems to have been outdone by the missing payments to HMRC. The management and board were lacking proven personnel to see this through. The communications with SC leave a bitter taste in the mouth.

All in all a shame as I truly believe that good management could have seen us through. I honestly believe they were fully committed and worked hard but that is not enough and in fact can prove detrimental. The raise at 6.5 and 4p seem unimaginable looking at todays position.

And for those that are happy to see this fall I can only say that I respect your judgement but I don't envy your character.
