Thanks for the update Tiger. You certainly managed to get more out of SC than I did but it looks like you pushed a little harder. If 20th Dec is when they'll know about cashflow positivity for November it would be nice if they release that information before Christmas to give us a positive year end but I suspect they won't and we'll still be left hanging in to the new year.

I still remain more optimistically hopeful rather than positive but I'm holding and seeing where it goes. Although I have the funds to do so, I'm resisting buying in to this any further even though the 2p share price is tempting.

Right I have had a few e mail exchanges with SC over the last couple of days and I am hoping that it is OK to share - assuming so.

Firstly, SC is very good at replying to direct requests for information even though I think I have burnt a few bridges now with my persistent approach and own feedback on the situation which often doesn't tally with his. As CEO you would be naive not to expect a positive spin on even the most negative situation. He is very one eyed on this and it is all about the end result, not the 'noise' in-between. Although he lacks empathy and quite frankly that is not his job he is genuinely fully invested in getting this company to work - time will tell.

1. Are we now on one platform:

'We are operating our back end now from a single platform. There is still some 'front end' work in Copenhagen but the Lille platform (old Snowlite) has been shut down and office closed. Copenhagen office is moving to a space 50% smaller and staff cut by 40%'

2. Were we cash flow positive in November:

'We will not know november numbers until we have management accounts on 20th but we know overhead has been reduced to the target run rate. The exact position on cash flow is deemed inside information I am afraid'

I voiced my concerns that current share price performance had all the hallmarks of yet another cash call at 2p. This concern was not addressed so I pushed and sent two further requests for clarification on this point and to my huge relief and surprise got this rather terse reply:

'We have no plans currently to raise more funds'

Yes that doesn't mean there will not be one but it does mean that they are currently not trawling the streets for funds and therefore causing a run on the share price It seems the share price reaction is mostly macro based - sell off of AIM stocks, general malaise etc. however, I am not excusing the company. They missed their July cash flow positive date causing the share price to dive due to the 1.5m capital raise and questions about their credibility and business model. November/December are huge in terms of reaching cash flow positivity because the 1.5m won't last long even with the cost savings.

All in all happier than I was. It is simply whether you believe in the concept/ business model and their ability to execute their plans. I believe in the concept and wide market potential but have worries about execution to date.. My other major concern is organic growth and whilst emphasis has shifted to cost cutting the number of new clients seems to have tailed away. We need a blue chip and fast.

Probably down to 2p a share. Then place your bets. I am hanging in there by my finger tips but at times like this you have to call it and back your thinking. I am in and a buyer

Monte, what makes you suggest I may be drunk? I've just described 7Digital as a high risk investment. Do you not agree? Some investors thrive on high risk investments and make very high rewards from it. This could be one of them, we'll have to wait and see.
I'm currently sitting on a significant loss on this one, all investors are facing at loss so anyone investing now at 2p is already in a far better position than the rest of us.

I take no pleasure in any avatars losses but when all is said and done, we make our own choices.

Not agreeing with another avatars views is something that I am perfectly comfortable with just as I entirely respect your right to disagree with mine.
