...while at 7DIG

the chart says its a pile of poop...

----

....I agree with some other posts....that a new MD would surely make sense...this one keeps failing to hit any of his own declared targets..
..he is on a very high wage imo for producing such large financial losses for anyone that has ever put up hard cash in a cash raise....luckily I dont own any shares...I got out at over 20p after it re-listed. 😊

"..grafting like a Spaniard.."

...reminds me that the Spanish say they are the workers in Europe that work the most hours & work the hardest

😂😂

....their statement was made during their second coffee break of the morning in a café near where they work...😂 8514;
...(& of course they dont clock out/off for it)

Look at the website.....nothing except for more and more costs since January.

Well bloomer...they said they would be making a profit by then a while ago.

If they have made a loss of £5/6 million plus for the year or so then almost game over. They cannot raise much more...the company has had £10 million plus since last December alone and there is no sign of profits. Vast amounts of cash have been poured in here and just one more raise is possible.

I could see £3 million at one penny maybe.....wipe out current holders and get last chance money from some big holders that have piled huge amounts in here.

That might be enough to allow 7 dig to limp on for a while.

7dig is very interesting.....on paper it looked good and the mkt is huge. But too tough for this size of company to break into. Big acts want big contracts for their music and know what they are worth.

The loss in the 1st half was £2.6m so you are predicting a 2nd half loss of £0.4m!

You may think it is great that SC personally responds to shareholder concerns, but he's doing a lousy job of managing the company's finances. The company revenues and costs are very predictable. How difficult can it be to set the business on a path so that it does not need to keep raising funds - it shows what a mess the business is in under his leadership. I would like him replaced by someone that has some business acumen.

In 2014, the business turned over £10.2m and made a loss of £2.6m. For the first half of 2018 the business turned over £9.3m, but made a loss of £2.6m so even though revenues have increased over the last 4 years, losses have increased proportionately more. The company has just borrowed a further £1.5m. How long do you think it will be before he borrows a further £1m?

Bloomer (or is it Blooper), what makes you think the SEO is spending all his time responding to share holders? Judging by the number of people on this board that have contacted him, I doubt if Simon spends any more than half an hour a week taking such calls and messages. He could easily have one of his staff answer the questions, or just ignore them completely but I think it's a positive thing that he makes the effort to reply himself even if the replies aren't necessarily providing the information we're looking for.

If the CEO is such a busy man, how come he can devote so much of his time to answering shareholder concerns! What other CEOs do you know that devote so much of their time communicating with shareholders. Why isn't he getting on with running the business (particularly when the business is in such a perilous state)? His priorities are all wrong!

In what way do you see your communications with SC a huge relief. How else would you interpret that they have no plans currently to raise any funds in any way other than negative. What else would you expect him to say!

8.5 million in cash a year ago next week. All gone it seems....

The Company has therefore raised gross proceeds of GBP0.5 million through the Open Offer. This is in addition to the approximately GBP8.0 million (before expenses) to be raised pursuant to the Placing and the Subscription. It is expected that the Admission of the 12,500,000 Open Offer Shares will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 19 December 2017.

I remember a CEO telling me the company was robust and looking fine and it was all just mkt conditions. Two weeks later he dumped all his stock and a month later the company was placed in administration.

7 dig raised a load of cash in a placing....I bought some. That should easily have been enough. Then they borrowed more money with a begging bowl. Not good.

FYI - I spoke to Simon Cole yesterday evening. In fact I'd left a message and he called me back very promptly, as he did on the previous occasion that I'd spoken to him a few months ago. Firstly, he's clearly a very busy man, but made the time to answer my questions. I very much appreciate that from a CEO. He comes across as a true gentleman and is completely committed to making a success of 7digital. I'm not going to discuss the content of my conversation since I regard such matters as confidential. It goes without saying that SC is unable to disclose anything price sensitive, but I found the conversation very helpful and appreciated the time he spent answering my questions.

FWIW I continue to hold all my shares in the company and appreciate the efforts of all their staff in trying to make 7digital a success. If you're concerned with the share price decline over recent months then it's best to contact 7digital directly which may allay some of your fears. Most micro-cap share prices have been under pressure over recent times, particularly the most illiquid.

I did recently write a blog post about some micro-cap shares including 7digital which some may be interested in? It's a very brief snapshot including bear and bull points.

As ever always DYOR.

I wont lie to avatars, I do feel a little guilty. Having bored the avatar officiallyrob for not adding anything, i've now taken away the #4200.

Apologies to the value adding avatars.
