13/11/2018 15:31 | It's very low volume. I can't help feeling it's an opportunity. Having said that I've taken a modest position, and will leave it at that for now. | poombear
13/11/2018 15:28 | Presumably some big (sell) trades will show later, what's already published doesn't justify any kind of drop | hausofmaus
13/11/2018 14:28 | Less than a year ago.....all gone it seems The Placing was heavily oversubscribed with 16 new institutional investors. The Placing Shares will represent approximately 41.2 per cent. of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company (assuming take-up in full under the Open Offer by Qualifying Shareholders). Taken together with the proposed Subscription to raise approximately GBP1.5 million and the proposed Open Offer to raise up to GBP0.5 million also announced this morning, it is expected that the Capital Raising will raise approximately GBP8.5 million of new Capital for the Company (before expenses). | barnetpeter
13/11/2018 14:23 | I am not sure what folk can say. Low after low, now 2.4p bid down another 6 per cent and the company has nothing to say. The loan can be converted but not at a fixed price....which means the dilution increases constantly. Vast amounts of placing cash have been poured in here and the losses get bigger. No signs of profits or even contracts and the mkt cap is so small that I cannot see how they can raise cash in the mkts except via bucket shop prices of 1p. If management are just focused on staying afloat....they need to be spending cash on promoting their product and at events...but these cost money. At 10 m mkt cap who in the billion dollar music business will take them seriously? | barnetpeter
13/11/2018 09:59 | Morning all. | saul goodman
13/11/2018 09:59 | #4119 Good luck with that Estragon - can you hang on here while I nip down the boozer? vbrs Vladimir | monte1
13/11/2018 09:57 | Not long to wait Tiger to find out if the management talk is a reality. Not sure there is much to add until it's shown to have become self sufficient. I've taken a punt, but as a newcomer I can feel the mistrust felt by longer term investors. | poombear
13/11/2018 09:56 | Yes it is sad situation just hoping someone can add the coke to the rum and give it some fizz. Still hoping | tiger60
13/11/2018 09:54 | Good morning tiger60 - it’s a rum do indeed. I think on that we can surely both agree? | monte1
13/11/2018 09:49 | Well I know Monte and Saul will be the first to comment and that is pretty sad that a forum for investors has become a playground for those that take great delight in a British company, that is struggling to convert a sound business proposition into a solid profit making company, They have failed multiple times. Mainly on executing integration plans and adding blue chip companies to the roster. The raise at 4p should of been enough but the resultant cash burn this year has been immense. The short term loan is not going to last long even with reduced burn rates after the October redundancy payments and office closure costs. The accounts debacle and the exit of the CFO was billed as a one off incident which in itself seemed to be a sideshow but the award straight after of shares based on length of stay rather than share price performance brought home the the gulf between investors and management. Unless the one platform is implemented this month and confirmation of the company reaching cashflow positivity in December we will need more funds. It looks like not many are prepared to take that chance and even less will if the management will not engage or explain. It has a chance but would have to buck the trend and not many bet against the trend. However, it is priced for failure and negativity abounds but momentum can switch with one RNS It would be nice to see those that read the board and don't post start to join the debate otherwise this board can be written off and ignored. I know what you and your not so educated sidekick, are going to say Monte and yes you are not eloquent but you are right. Lets hear from others... NB It is hard to see even 7Dig run down to such a low market cap, being so close to their end game. Maybe they are not the right people to drive it to conclusion but with their client base, infrastructure and quasi monopoly based on infrastructure and set up costs someone will make a lot of money but it maybe those that follow. Still hoping, still breathing and will wait for the next crucial RNS. Still in play. | tiger60
