A very good day.

A hint of positive news and an easy 50% rise.

Just a hint.

Even though it is a dawg and then some I can see why punters are all over this on such a huge fall. After all the cash poured in over the last two years....I see someone posted on Twitter they had grabbed 15 per cent and were pleased with that. The volume is huge for this stock too. Gamblers and 10 per cent punters are buying in....don’t get stung when the music stops!

tiger60, your posts and research is deservedly well respected and appreciated however clearly the tax hurdle has to be the first priority as if this is not cleared then it is time to say hello to the administrators. Like many my gut feeling is it will be resolved due to the scale of the payment required, albeit the handling of the situation is clearly quite ugly.

With regard to MMS, clearly taking £4m out of the revenue line is not ideal however at only circa 20% of total, and with the administration cost savings made, I don't see it as terminal.

Furthermore, and this is only a hunch, but the language used suggests there has been a bit of a lovers tiff between 7dig and MMS, and further to that I get the impression that it will have something to do with a product or service to be unveiled at the CES event starting tomorrow, which quite possibly could more than compensate for the loss of revenue at MMS. I could be completely wrong as it is solely based on my interpretation of the wording of the update, however, I guess we will all find out fairly soon. It just feels as if there is more to this than meets the eye, and if my hunch is anywhere near the truth, it wouldn't surprise me to find that MMS have offloaded their entire holding over then past couple of trading days. Best wishes to you whatever the outcome.

Everyone is worrying about the wrong part of the rns. Without MMS 7dig revenues plummet

I've also had the message from SC that this tax issue related to them trying to offset a payment against a larger credit. But that just doesn't wash with me. If they were in discussion with HMRC about the payment vs credit then surely it would get to a point of 7Dig knowing they had to pay it well before any kind of winding up order was issued. Whether the payment is made this week or not, it's another example of the poor management within the company.

I don’t think it requires any effort on any avatars part tbh - they are managing perfectly well on their own imco.

Is this a paid role? If so, where should avatars submit their (Proforma) invoices?

Alas you chums never fail to disappoint. As I thought a whole lot of symptoms rather than causes and not one strategic or operational insight to be seen. Come on even a child can regurgitate the status quo of the here and now in terms of financial performance. Please try just a wee bit harder.

Come now monte1.

They have 'said' they will pay it if they can, what more do you need?

Add to this that a secondary avatar, created solely for the purpose of 2 posts, has it on good authority that it is merely confusion over a tax credit.

May I draw the attention of the learned author of the above referenced post to the litany of unfulfilled forecasts, projections and indeed accounts of the subject in hand - not to mention the significant history of cash calls and current inability to pay one’s statutory dues. Oops I think I just mentioned it.

#4310 You will be delighted that I did not change my expectations, particularly as regaining your ability to post ones thoughts nicely brought us full circle to hidden agendas, in which you kindly and indirectly answered one of my earlier questions.

"clearly demonstrating" or just your view. I am sure you can assist me in pointing me in the direction of where I can see that a secondary avatar has has been created, without any doubt whatsoever, to support the view of a primary avatar.

With regard to #4309 who appears to be your 'special friend', it never ceases to amaze me how many 'avatars' have started and run cutting edge technology businesses turning over circa £20m, and thus are in a position to post with absolute qualification that a business is a 'shower' or a POS.

I am sure, like me, you will be extremely keen to hear your 'special friends' qualified dissection of this particular 'shower', along with their own strategic recommendations, thus helping us all to make better investment decisions. There's nothing like gaining credibility through knowledge. I guess both Apple and Amazon were termed a 'shower' at some point, and both of those have probably helped a few people out financially.

Patience, many have trader mentality - want it to rise now! It’s clear MMs are fishing for stock and orchestrated a drop and hid the sell for a while to create some panic. Chill - company said they’re paying it and announce done contracts (several) shortly..

I was simply and clearly demonstrating that a secondary avatar had been created to add weight and push a primary avatars POV. That of a day trader, such as those that the long term holding avatar officiallyrob has highlighted in his post #4307.

If it is disappointment that you are after you are certainly in the right ‘place’. This shower provide it by the bucketload.

#4306. My sincere apologies, I clearly misinterpreted what appeared an interminable desire to offer ones point of view. Should expectations be reset accordingly or would it simply lead to disappointment and further questions?

It's very interesting to see how busy this forum has become since a badly performing company became a collapsing company. A real mix of positivity and doom.
Anyone with some loose change has the opportunity for a high risk punt but for those of us already in (and regretting it at this point in time), it's squeeky bum time praying for a miracle from a company that has shown nothing but incompetence.
