glad I sold out at over 20p as soon as it re-listed
and my posts were right...but so many ppl were blind and not willing to listen to any negative details or comments

but sorry to see shareholders get hit so hard in 1 day....after losing so much before...

SC.....years of rubbery RNSs for 7DIG and for UBC before it

needs to give up being an MD of any listed co. imo

has only ever lost money for shareholders.

£100m+ kemche medium term. Longer term (5 years+?) depending on uptake, a £1billion+ market cap. isn't out the question. Once they hit an inflection point of profitability and significant cashflow then with recurring revenues and large margins, operational gearing kicks in and revenue increases will largely fall to the bottom line. Imagine adding two/three significant clients over the next two years then cashflow and profits will soar. It's worth remembering that 7digital are last man standing in Europe in this space and barriers to entry are high. It's a quasi-monopoly. Their biggest challenge is ensuring that their target market want their services, and it's looking increasingly like they do.

There are plenty of story stocks generating "sod all" revenues at the moment already on market caps. of £100m+. 7digital is insanely cheap by comparison. That said, I can currently see quite a few nonsensical valuations unwinding as reality bites.

7digital is sensibly valued with the potential for massive upside, it's a far more comfortable position to be in. Watch a company's figures and progress and buy the shares when they look cheap.

I am guessing the mm's will take as many orders as they can at 0.9 and then smash the price down to 0.5. I agree that an instit has probably just said sell out at any price.

Note the wording.....not "we have paid from cash balances". They apparently dont have the cash....this from a company that has raised nearly 10 million in a year. Yet they cannot pay basic employer taxes. National Insurance and so on. Just over a week to get nearly half a million ....there will be costs and legals and interest etc.

Suspension is looming. The last thing a company does is not pay hmrc. Have they made deductions from employee pay and not paid that over?

Too late to do a placing I guess...will the major investors put in another million?

I've remained positive for the last 2 years. I've always seen potential in this company if only they can make it work. Today SC has proven that he's never been capable of making it work. Today is the beginning of the end.

I too have lost a lot of money on this one and I've lost all hope of ever getting back to break even nevermind a profit.

CES in Vegas is 8th to 11th Jan so if there are no hugely positive contract announcements in the next week then we'll be seeing this drop well below 1p.

Without MMS this firm is nothing - operational risk that was highlighted has come to fruition.
