house values in the SW have plumetted more than anywhere else in the UK - fact



More than £6,000 was wiped off the value of homes in the South West in a single month amid a slump in demand for second homes.

The South West recorded the biggest monthly house price drop in cash terms of any part of the UK, according to the Office for National Statistics. Average sale prices in the region fell by £6,147 to £330,601 – a drop of 1.8pc.

Jonathan Cunliffe, who runs an estate agent in Cornwall, said the fall followed a decline in demand over the summer – particularly from buyers looking for holiday homes.

He said: “It was the first summer people could travel and some of them were dying to get abroad. We had two absolutely manic summers and that pace was just not sustainable."

U win some and U lose some !! The house in Cornwall has nearly doubled in value .... not only that it brings in nearly 100 k per annum. So yes I'm still laughing !!! But I'm Pretty sure you are not .... the reason being.... your losses have turned you bitter and twisted ..i suggest this game is NOT for u....Maybe try Aldi or Tesco !!

I had some shares left on the day they went into admin but traded plenty in the months before and just about broke even.

Just to add..... Shareholders still own DDDD .... not Arm !! A relevant point that needs to be raised is how much did the debt cost off Oxford .....Very important.... because that's the figure DDDD would owe ARM !!

I suspect Duncans ego at wanting to remain as CEO created a lot of the problems in finding a suitable buyer. I know during negotiations with some interested parties this was a sticking point. This whole mess clearly lies at Duncan's door. Friends and family of his and Alex's have lost a lot of money too and all because on one's person's ego to be CEO.

It was obvious 1 year ago that 4D would not make it, red flags all over it. Still people like you “bought The dip” even when The CEO gave warnings. Dont be “SHOCKED”; that The outcome is ZERO. When zero was all you could get 2 years ago gambling on 4D pharma.
