There is no way they've gone to all this effort to not see a relist. Delays are common - they'll simply wait until they are absolutely ready

The Subscription is conditional upon:

a. The requite authorities being passed by the Company's shareholders to give the board of the Company all necessary authorities and waivers to enable the issuance of Ordinary Shares, the Pre-Payment Warrants and the Ordinary Warrants in accordance with the Subscription Agreement and the Loan Agreement;

b. The Company exiting administration by no later than 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 14 February 2023;

All quiet, so you'd have to think at present a relist is looking unlikely. I think the Armistice money had a deadline dependant on relist, and that is fast approaching. So could be another thing that the BoD have fumbled. There is not much reason to have a great deal of faith in them.

5 out of 20 that's 25% clinical benefit in a late stage group which is fantastic

the durability of response also seems good although need data to back that 'feeling' up

I would imagine they will have a wealth of accumulated data and analysis to provide newsflow in coming weeks

the shopping process to 50 odd companies may not have led to any takeover but should provide links for more dealflow going forward

Still not updated clinicaltrials.gov site (last update was the trial recruitment suspension in July 2022)
