The administrators themselves have been quite late in the day making a final call for creditors to make themselves known, which was given as 10th Feb. Leaves not a lot of wriggle room between then and the previously suggested relist deadline. Perhaps intentional in order to delay things and milk more fees. I guess we will shortly find out how real the Armistice money is/ was, and how honest their intentions, or if just another low rent non-committed distressed lender like Oxford.

Considering how they screwed the company by missing the loan repayment. It wouldn't surprise if they missed the deadline to apply to court. Dopey Duncan strikes again.

DDDD made the application on the 16th January to the court. The administrators gave till Friday to submit all outstanding debts owed by DDDD of over 1000 pounds. A Routine step.Not sure if any lodged.The loan company are in talks with the Court ... administrators and DDDD Pharma..... We may need a extension, which imo the loan provider will give.

So, what is the expectation for tomorrow? I don't think anybody has found anything to suggest the company has made an application to the courts regarding exiting administration, so at best perhaps a delay for some reason.

I went to the AGM in the summer and both Duncan and Alex said they expected 3 vaccines to meet criteria. $5 to $10m payments for each vaccine.

If one of these payments comes in ..Under the loan structure, the loan would have to be 50 percent repaid.Imo the whole amount will be. This is all dependent on and if A want to ... it's up to them. But it would give DDDD a completely new financial structure....Not only have they got a 12 month cash runway already ......You can all work out ..what the share price could and would achieve !

Merck have never gone away ....Collaboration stage payments on Vaccines if meeting criteria are due April 23 ... Im sure their is 3 of them at 15 million each .... i stand to be corrected ? Several of DDDD leads are progressing in and out house ...Comparable sector valuation is still VERY low even with dilution ....Many facets here ...

This science appears to be very progressive in a new space. The commercial management has let down both shareholders and patients current potential. Bright people with great science let down with commercial incompetence.

Armistice tuesday deadline & that recent RNS about one additional patient partial response in RCC - smacks of a last ditch attempt to get Merck to come to the rescue IMO. As is so often the case with this company, I hope for the best but prepared for the worst
