11/2/2023 19:03 | What surprised me is why Armistice decided to back it with funding at the equivalent of 6p given no other party put forward a proposal and 4d conceded that without such a proposal they were out of options. Surely Armistice could have secured themselves a better deal since it appears there was no competitive tension. Even if this does proceed, 4D need to raise plenty of cash in due course and that will not be simple with deluded Duncan steering matters. | yasx
11/2/2023 18:06 | I'd say (as a completely plucked out finger in the air) chance of it not going through at all is <1% but the chance of it taking a good few weeks longer quite high. | nigelpm
11/2/2023 16:51 | If Armistice really did blow it up then the commitment of their money would be proven as lacking as that of the under stress loan shark lot at Oxford. However, far from the realms of possibility that the BoD have once more badly fumbled a funding opportunity. | podium
11/2/2023 14:57 | "Armistice can extend this date" "Can" but not guaranteed "will". You can trust Duncan ! | eeza
11/2/2023 14:20 | that's simply voting on the decision. There is no way this won't go through. Everyone wants it to happen. Shareholders, creditors, management, advisors. It will happen - just a timing issue. | nigelpm

11/2/2023 11:38 | Just spoken to my mate who is an administrator. Said the court hearing could have already been done as it is a simple process. Do advised emailing the administrators about it. Also said Armistice could change that date if they wanted to. | the donald
11/2/2023 09:23 | OK, thanks for the feedback. I'll post on here if I find anything out. I'm waiting a call back from a mate who's an administrator ( insolvency practioner ). Hoping he knows how to find out court hearing dates. | the donald
11/2/2023 09:21 | It was lodged with the Courts on the 16th of January... same day as vote conclusion. Other than this i don't know ! | amaretto1
11/2/2023 09:16 | Amaretto. This needs to be out of admin by 14th Feb at 8am. A court needs to approve exit from admin first. I guess this will be the Administration Court in Leeds that rules on Administrations. Any idea if this hearing has taken place? | the donald
11/2/2023 09:00 | No one else heard it or reported on it and on 2nd Feb amaretto posted that it was "imo". | nigelpm
11/2/2023 08:40 | Amaretto, I wasn't at the meeting. Did DP expand on why he saw it at a 75% chance? | the donald
11/2/2023 08:16 | Likely they'll just postpone as needed. | nigelpm
11/2/2023 07:04 | 3 days left The Company needs to exit administration by no later than 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 14 February 2023; | eeza
08/2/2023 15:45 | lol - not referencing me but others might take a different view. Just because you post anonymously on ADVFN doesn't negate that risk. | nigelpm
08/2/2023 15:41 | Quite. Also needs to be careful what he writes... threatening or appearing to on social media isn't taken particularly favourably with the law. | nigelpm
08/2/2023 15:34 | i think you should try the anger management meeting lol | arab3
08/2/2023 15:28 | Not especially - what worries me a lot more is the stocks I'm interested in you also are. That's a major worry to me. | nigelpm |
