U need to closely read the terms again.... it's not a forgone conclusion regards dilution....Which they cannot do till at the earliest March 2024 ....It's hard to explain... writeing on a i phone

I'm certain it's not that simple !! 50 percent of loan gets paid off .. no dilution....It's very complicated....But any injection of money changes the whole structure

All you got to think about is the Market Capital of the company....They have swapped the debt for equity...... it's 15 million !!!This can be paid off .... without huge dilution.......it's up to A ..How they go forward with this ....If for example 15 to 20 million was injected in from Merck ... what then ? These DDDD leads could be worth 100s of millions .... share price then ?

100% it is. No scientific fails, only progress and we end up giving 87% of the company away for 12 months funding.

And how could this turn out as we all expected 2 years ago in the face of the massive dilution that is involved in the current plan, assuming it even goes through (the alternative is almost certainly worse)?

Do they? That sounds like wishful thinking. Someone will certainly end up owning the assets, but that person may acquire them significantly cheaper in a liquidation.

Knock Duncan all you want ....But on the Science side ...He over saw a drug that went on to sell for over 1 billion .....Keytruda annual sales are expected to be around 24 billion in 2023. One of our lead lines is a collaboration with Merck on Keytruda. Throw in the rest .. Vaccines ... Asthma... Parkinson's etc ..... Science side far superior to Seres for example

If they missed the deadline they would have had to issue an RNS I would have thought. ???
