News this/next week? If/when they come to the market what, what will be the opening price? 6p, I doubt. Perhaps double that. Expect them to streamline the business and make quick and meaningful announcements starting with restructuring the board by getting rid of the useless CFO. Still have faith in the microbiome and what 4D has achieved to date. GL ALL

Re spelling. It seems wherever the letter combination 'fi' is used those letters do not appear throughout the whole document. Instead there is a two letter gap.

Seems doubly fishy with Government being involved (on second thoughts maybe not given these corrupt Tory clowns in charge !)

On the face of it, ignoring the spelling mistakes, news is due this coming week:"Provided the court approves the listing on an urgent basis, it is expected that the hearing will be within approximately two weeks of passing on the Resolutions. Should the court approve the exit from administration, the Joint Administrators will vacate of ce (and the Board of Directors will resume their full authority) following receipt and nalisation of the court order which would be expected to be within two days of the court hearing."

i did talk to Duncan and Alex before i left..... Just remember they are still under strict administration rules.They can not give any price sensitive information. Like I've said earlier I'm holding at least thru 2023.... if holders are so concerned what was said and not said they should have attended. It's not up to us that did to convince others to hold.

Why would anyone make the effort to go to today's meeting and not use the opportunity to grill Duncan? If I'd have been there he'd have received some awkward questions and a few home truths

I was at the 4D meeting today where all resolutions were passed. Literally, you could have counted the number of attendees on one hand. During the meeting, Duncan stated if there were any questions and none were asked. The meeting ended in a quiet manner and everyone left.

Going forward, I think we all should get behind the 4D board especially Duncan and Alex and support their endeavor for 4D to become a world class microbiome which I still believe it can. We all know 4D were hit like a ton of bricks by a loan shark (thankfully out of the pic now); there is plenty of speculation, always is in these situations, though not likely to be backed by facts. Whatever, we are where we are and we should try to remain cautiously optimistic. Let's not forget, both Duncan and Alex have plenty of skin too in 4D. We have been given an another life as most wrote off 4D. Together we will get there if we can just remain positive, patient and supportive. Everyone accepts there is plenty of work to do.

I got some feedback from the event too. They said amaretto was a decent waiter, but he didn't clear the tables quick enough so they only left him a 50p tip.

Did you ask any questions? If you did, you must have got answers to give you the confident to stay in 4D? I am just trying ascertain where we are with 4D going forward. Also was their many attendees?

As soon as practicable following passing of the Resolutions at the General Meeting, the Joint Administrators intend to make an application to the court to be listed for a hearing on an urgent basis to approve the Company's exit from administration. Provided the court approves the listing on an urgent basis, it is expected that the hearing will be within approximately two weeks of passing on the Resolutions. Should the court approve the exit from administration, the Joint Administrators will vacate office (and the Board of Directors will resume their full authority) following receipt and finalisation of the court order which would be expected to be within two days of the court hearing.
