There is absolutely no logic in voting NO to attempt to spite someone - that would be utterly insane.

Regardless, I think Duncan and the other BOD's should be barred from ever holding a directorship again. But more chance of me winning the lottery this evening. And I do not even have a ticket. Hey ho.

Only just heard about this after seeing some comments on the AGL board. Nothing from my broker! Will chase them on Monday. Having reviewed the RNS, it seems like the only solution is to agree to all the resolutions. Does everyone agree? My contempt for Duncan and his merry fellow clowns would not be undimmed even if we ended up with a quid a share one day, but pragmatism seems in order. The only disgrace was them ever letting the company be imperiled by a lender who I had better not speak my mind about. I guess we are not going to be the first shareholders to be turned over in the small cap biotech sector, but hopefully we can at least walk away with something, like DNL holders did after they were first (IMO) denied a fair return on their support for that company.

Yes, there is no other option unless you want nothing back! DP and the CFO need out though as soon as the business gets back to being listed, never known such and incompetent board. Chair non exec needs to be replaced as well, he failed abysmally in his duties imho!

Every one needs to contact their broker and demand this service. They can soon activate it on fund raises, exactly the same should apply to this situation. Persist it !

Is it feasible when/if 4D is re-listed, a bid may emerge quite quickly? The current narrative suggests there was interest by 'many' but due to the fact that 4D was in Administration resulting in complications for any potential buyer?

I'd put money on .... so does Merk .. but unable to act due to what Stig highlighted in his post earlier today. Interestingly they are hovering around ScanCells front end leads. Whispers only !

Remember this ... DP has overseen a drug that reached a Billion pound valuation at end point. So he was odviously instrumental on the run up to this valuation. Imo him Alex and the backers have seen or know something significant is in the DDDD pipe line. You wouldn't bet the kind of money they have invested on drug whims !

In simple terms....If Merk or Seres bought DDDD for let's say 10 pence ....That would be it ..... 10 pence !!!When in actual fact ... if one of these leads is successful....Every Shareholder since DDDD inception would not lose out .....Yes we are all having short term pain ... but in 6 months this could be a whole different story !!!! Stig.... u r actually bang on the money with your last comment....Big pharmaceutical were prepared to bid and more than likely did so.DP and Alex did not see the amount being in anyway near the true future valuation of DDDD. They have not gone away .....This is why all Shareholders need to vote this thru.... it's our best road to recovery !!

I suspect the only reason Duncan is still in position is he (and Alex?) hold some personal interest in the key IP. That would have been a potential sticking point in any sale of IP assets/Company which meant any refinancing had to be done partially on terms acceptable to DP/AS.

There is no way he is competent enough to run this Company without serious adult supervision (which one hopes Armistice will provide).

DP and AS putting more money in is both the least they could do but also a good sign of confidence for the future. They must know what the clinical trial results are in the background (plus the discussions with Merck as to what they are prepared to pay for this eventually).
