The voting requirements for passing resolutions at general meetings are:

More than 50% (a simple majority) of those attending and entitled to vote, for ordinary resolutions.

A no vote does not count as a "for" vote, so important to get your votes in

You have to remember that any vote not cast will be assumed to be an acceptance of the proposals! There's no way this won't be voted through- it's just procedure!

No one will vote this down imo. It would spell the end of the plc.

Can someone please remind me what percentage they need to get re listed. Also, are there any vote limits or is it just submitted votes are counted for and against.

Not sure what the rules are

Patents update

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The inventors have developed new therapies for treating and preventing visceral hypersensitivity. In particular, the inventors have identified that bacterial strains from the genus Blautia can be effective for reducing visceral hypersensitivity. As described in the examples, oral administration of compositions comprising Blautia hydrogenotrophica may reduce visceral hypersensitivity in rat models of visceral hypersensitivity and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

As long as they keep the actual business and fiscal management side of things in the hands of proper grown ups this time, then maybe all is not lost for us.

they'll be setting Peyton and co very clear targets and if not met they'll be gone. You can be sure of that. Effectively, even with the dilution shareholders stand a much better chance than they did before.

I agree with you. I suspect they have got the measure of our BOD. Must be a dream come true for them!

Armistice won't get mugged off as they are putting fresh capital in - you can be pretty sure of that.

Generally I agree, but it will also depend on what remuneration Duncan and co plan to take if the business gets relisted. I would expect some significant alterations - namely reductions - as a condition of support. As I imagine the main shareholders would demand too. Frankly, it should be a pure salary in shares deal, with strike prices attached. The Captain does not get a seat in the lifeboat unless we all get a spot. Need to reflect properly over the weekend, but realistically, I am 99% certain to vote yes to all the resolutions, once I get the necessary documentation from my broker.
