Remarks	The General Electric Pension Trust ("GEPT") holds the assets of three participating trusts, including the GE Vernova (aka, Energy) Pension Master Trust (the "GEV Trust"). Following the separation of GE Vernova Inc. from GE, the investment fiduciary for the GEV Trust determined that it no longer wants the GEV Trust to maintain exposure to a single unrelated stock and will redeem its ownership of GE shares. The GE shares included herein include contributions received during the period from December 31, 1989 to July 5, 2016.
