Posted at 21/5/2024 12:48 by bobdown2 Its very wise to buy as many as you can before the results. Im maxed out. Its a shame some have little more than the dealing costs.Zed have between the 16th of may and the 29th to release theur finals. Hopefully the auditors have not affected the release. |

They both are in ecozenova, the special purpose vehicle A_Z.International.Pr has said that there seems to be allot of enthuisiasm in the company. Its in the latest stock box. Ecobuilding/eco. Are behind the curve with what they are doing. But they have 112m euros of orders. Personally i think the latin american partner is worth the current market cap alone. And zed have no equity in them. I think things could speed up from here on in. |

Im monitoring zed through to its results.Technically zed,s fund raise has paid for itself. 700k raised and 2.4m pounds contract over 2 years. The revenues from this contract could cover another contract. How it effects the push towards cash flow positive we are yet to see. The switch to longer term paint contracts could now escalate with the use of drips and sparks. Modular housing may appear. Zensafe are the main distibuter now and they mention Marine,automibile.av And for about a month wildfire barrier is being pushed. The only taker for this so far is the film set industry. Summers here. Wild barrier could hit the headlines. That is a real money sinner. Results are all important to educate and calm nerves. I want more contracts to show that the funding is being well spent. |
Posted at 15/5/2024 15:46 by echoridge Bob - you might spend a touch of your investigative time looking at the problems at Lifesafe (LIFS), nominally a 'competitor' of Zed's but actually a company which hasn't managed to expand its product line beyond its one extinguisher product which itself has clearly not achieved the certification success that Zed's spent so much time nailing down. As a result, the 2 companies' fortunes seem to be diverging as LIFS, despite its bigger size, had to do a much smaller raise today than ZED's recent fundraise but at as big a discount. I started a board for LIFS in order to try and initiate a conversation with shareholders there to try and see why anyone would own it rather than ZED, but got no bites yet..... |

Companies are now comming to zed because they fit the current regulations. Fire extinguisher orders from germany are overdue. Zeds biggest european market. India will require stock. Latin america look to be the biggest market. Their first order us expected to be over 100k. another distributer in america is required. And for other parts of the globe as the romanian trial looks sucessfull. Ecozenova. Latin america. Are tied up with ecobuild. Its zenova and ecobuild as customers. So.!! Try to judge a share price from that is fruitless. Very soon it may be difficult to buy in bulk. |

It's obvious that regulators in most markets are struggling to agree on a common standard and into that vacuum, some of Zed's less 'careful' competitors are out there making a lot of, as yet, unverifiable - and certainly un-credentialed - claims. Meanwhile, it appears Zenova is being more circumspect about making those same claims, despite their intimations that their fluids ARE capable of putting Li fires out quickly and efficiently (ie., lower likelihood of re-ignition) and some positive video evidence from Palma and maybe even, India, to that effect. Now it seems Zed may be compromising a bit by previewing a possible EV scooter fire demo video to come soon. |
Posted at 18/4/2024 10:09 by bobdown2 News out from eco.buildings. ECOB. Ecozenova have two distributions. Zenova and ecob. Will the panels require zed paints for the green credentials. These are the developments i have mentioned. They are also the reason for the movement of some staff between the two companies.Chile and albania have been mentioned by zed recently. Albania is where the panels are being manufactured. There is also buildings for kosova. I think the total orders are 114m over 3 years.more may follow if the facility is up and running. |

Is a company that specializes in the exclusive distribution of ecological products from Ecobuildings and Zenova group in spain, pirtugal, central and south america.It does look like ecozenova has been created as a market place for ecob and zed into the above mentioned markets. Places with less planning restrictions perhaps. Products from zed and ecob are extremely green |

The entrapanuer gabriel had slready done his homework so was this for potential customers. The products used were from zenova and one would expect some of the crowd to have used the fx500 on display.The format business to business is now on display. And sudenly zed has expanded from 14 distributers, 1 or 2 sub distributers and two b2b partners who look to be very good choices. MONDAY!! Surely zenova has to use reach or rns ecozenova. Maybe a mention of distreo would not go amiss. They already have the video of the heptane fire being put out. Why do i post so much? This is the growth stage and with a seller about the mms have just trashed the share price to suit their market making abilities. Say no more.. The seller is still in the back ground and looks to be one of the initial stake holders, and is taking horrendous losses. But we could have an entrapanuer taking a stake in zed to gain exposure to zed. It is an indirect way to prosper from the success of his own business. My take now is that once the seller has finished. And the extra volume will sort him. The share price will rise quickly. Results around the end of may for the year ended the end of november will be another 6 months of progress behind. The growth one. Using b2b to create growth has stopped a fund raise and the 106m shares and 2.2m pounds market cap will be peanuts to what a best in the class paint and extinguisher is worth. It could move quickly now. There are a few warrants at ten pence But they might provide some fundig for growth. |
